Well worth the time! - This is a must do tour for an overall view of the city and its amazing history. If you have the opportunity ask for Alice as your guide as she is a native and knows her stuff. This is not a photo tour however.

Informative and entertaining! Ask for Alice, you’ll have fun 100% guaranteed! - ALICE, wow! She is an absolute gem! In one hour we learned so much and laughed even more! The tour was informative and entertaining! Alice made the whole experience an absolute joy and I would recommend her trolley tour to anyone who’s interested! It’s 100% worth it any day but especially if like us, you got a few hours to spare before heading to the airport.

Don’t Miss the Trolley Tour - We took the one hour trolley ride around the city of Anchorage on our first full day there. It was well worth the price. Our driver, Alice, kept us entertained, as she drove around Anchorage pointing out the city’s highlights. We learned a lot about places to go in the city and some of it’s history. We highly recommend taking the trolly ride if this is your first visit to Anchorage. If you’re lucky, you’ll get Alice as your driver. She’ll keep you entertained with her beautiful singing voice and humor, as you travel around this great city.

Anchorage Trolley Tour - We did the deluxe tour with Alice for our driver/guide. We had a wonderful time, learned all about Anchorage and we were thoroughly entertained. Alice was knowledgeable and fun and she even sang us a couple songs! Highly recommend.

Sign up and don’t regret - This was well worth the minimal charge. Probably the best tour conductor I have ever had. The lady was funny and sang throughout the tour! I only wish it was twice as long. Well worth the price of admission. It was raining and she gave us tips of what to do on a rainy day. Saw 3 moose as a bonus! Loved it!

Not very interesting - I travel a lot. This was quite boring to me. The most interesting were the planes but I thought we would get to see more, it wasn’t interesting.

Oh, the driver!! - The tour guide was the worst!! He spent half his time telling long winded stories about his misguided youth, ex girlfriend, his wife, a pilot who took him up in a plane when she shouldn't. It went on, and on. I also thought he was disrespectful to one young man on the tour who is a pilot for the armed forces. He kept calling him 'fly boy' and 'challenging' him with ridiculous questions. The historical information he provided about Anchorage and Alaska was interesting, but essentially the tour would have been just over an hour if he'd just stuck to the facts.

Bad guide - Our guide for the tour was Ian. To put it mildly, he was awful. His wife, who is also his boss, was also on the tour. Nearly a quarter of his commentary was joking about how he disliked his in-laws and how they disliked him. He also called himself retarded a handful of times. His wife was grinning from ear to ear most of the tour, so at least one person enjoyed the tour. Hopefully we just got a terrible guide - most other reviews are very positive. We did manage to spot a moose, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just 1.
