Visitors are left awestruck at the expansive 140-acre Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, even if they are seasoned Alaskans. The AWCC is dedicated to providing a sanctuary for animals in need- those that are orphaned, injured, or ill, and unable to thrive in the wild. Additionally, the center enlightens guests about the wildlife of Alaska.
There’s a chance for budding photographers to snap potentially prize-winning photos of the animals showcased in their native habitats.

We pick up all guest at the Downtown Anchorage Visitors Center either at the Log Cabin or the Visitors Center located behind Log Cabin. The pick up location is on the corner of 4th and F Street.

Alaska - Very interesting tour! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering booking. Our guide Matthew was great! He took his time with the tour and we were able to get some amazing photos! I am planning to visit Alaska in the spring and most definitely I'll book tours with Alaska's Finest Tours & Cruises.

Everything for less!! - Matt was great funny , educational everything he offered was done! Saw Moose ,eagles,sheep. Pizza was awesome. Absolutely would recomend!!!!

Hands-down best scenic tour! Highly recomendable! - AMAZING! Sites at Turnagain, Portage and Girdwood were magazine-worthy, animal center is FANTASTIC! Matthew was the best!!

Best Decision Ever!!!!! - This is some thing I would typically never do on my own, but it was a once in a lifetime adventure, and Matthew did not disappoint! He is so knowledgeable about the whole area and Alaska and general, and made our trip extremely special. I enjoyed getting to know everyone else on the van, and I always felt safe with Matthew driving even with the road conditions. The scenery and the beauty of Alaska was more than I could’ve ever dreamed of!!! Awesome experience!!!

Real Winter - The tour gave me a great insight from a local and I enjoyed the real winter in the northern state. Snow covered mountains created snow walls. Plus, no bug and no snake.

Winter Wonderland - Matt was amazingly knowledgeable, lots of fun, and focused on making sure everyone was happy and safe. In addition to our time at the wildlife center, we saw bald eagles and dall sheep on the drive!
