An amazing engagement experience - I cannot recommend Coster Diamonds and especially Danielle enough! We live in the UK and my fiancé contacted Danielle via email about an engagement ring for me. Danielle was very helpful and sent back lots of different options and recommendations to suit our taste and budget. When we made the trip to Amsterdam, she came into Coster Diamonds especially to meet us and gave us a personalised tour and shopping experience where we were able to compare many different diamonds and settings. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and my fiancé and I both learnt a lot. Once a decision had been made, the chosen diamond was put into the ring within minutes! It is the most beautiful piece of jewellery I own and I love it! We enjoyed snacks and champagne to celebrate and the whole experience is one we will definitely not forget. On top of that, we had some trouble applying for a tax refund as we travelled by Eurostar. Danielle was amazing and managed to solve the issue and arrange for the refund even after we had travelled back to the UK. I would not hesitate to recommend Danielle and Coster Diamonds and we will certainly be back in the future!
