Best transfer to and from the airport. - Omer was excellent with communication. We arrived early and he was able to accommodate us. He arrived promptly and took us to our hotel. We were very fortunate to have him return us to the airport. He requested we be prompt for his pickup and our reply was we could go even earlier than planned, so we were able to arrive to the airport early and take our time. Overall, a perfect and relaxing experience with great communication.

Not a good experience - Although I realise our flight was delayed I didn’t expect us to have to wait 15mins before we were picked up. He didn’t know my name and had to ring my phone (whilst I was standing next to him) to prove who I was. He didn’t even drop us off outside our hotel, we had to cross over a canal bridge to get to it. Not a good experience at all. Finally we then learnt that the hotel could have organised a pick up for €47.50.

Not recommended at all! - The pick up from the airport was seamless and Faruk (the driver) was polite, courteous, offered water and was just pleasing. The pick up from the hotel to the airport was completely the opposite. Omer was rude, arrogant and acted as if he was doing us a favour by driving the car. The pick up time was 10am and I got a message from him earlier that morning, asking us to be ready by 9.50 am as he has another booking after ours. I told him that we should stick to the original pick up time of 10am, which he seemed fine with. Then he reached the hotel at 9.50am and texted me again asking to be on time as he has another booking after ours. Immediately after that, he called my phone and I had to find a place to park all the luggage I was carrying down at the hotel and answered his call. Again, he said the same thing to which I told him that we'll be out shortly. At 9.55am, we were at his taxi in heavy rain. When I met him, I asked him why he had been pressurising us so much and what was the issue in sticking to the original time and that if he had too many bookings, he should plan properly. This really irked him and he came around to my side of the car, opened the door and started speaking very aggressively, defending his actions. I paid 75 euros for this service, which I totally regret.
