Great tour - highly recommended - I was running late to the tour. 360 rang me and forwarded my ticket. After some negotiation the security staff let me into the building. Meanwhile 360 advised me to keep a lookout for my guide - Anja. By this time i was embarrassed and distressed about being late. Anja was very welcoming and reassuring that my lateness had disrupted the rest of the group. The tour proceeded. Anja maintained a high level of enthusiasm for the material we saw, as well as the care of the group, which included 2 people in wheelchairs. Highly professional, Anja was a great ambassador for her country's art and culture.

Excellent tour of a... - Excellent tour of a beautiful museum. Our guide was very knowledgeable of art and informed us of the relevant details of the most important works. It was great to view the best highlights of the museum with plenty of time afterwards to explore other exhibits that interested us. Highly recommend this tour!

Exceeded expectations - Kawika was an amazeballs guide! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and hilarious, he brought the art to life and made two hours fly by. Learned a lot from this man. Highly recommend the tour, this guide, and the Rijksmuseum.

Selective highlights of the classical works of art - This tour selects the main artworks in the museum and presents their history in the context of their time. It gives tourists the flexibility to express their own interest in particular works of art, in order to go into more details. We were aldi able to spend a bit more time exploring other areas of the museum.

Brilliant tour with Kawaki. - Kawaki provided the most engaging, witty and informative tour. I rarely book guided tours as the quality depends so much on who your guide is. We struck gold with Kawaki and loved every minute.

Tour of first and second floor - Kawika was fantastic. Very very educated and a brilliant talker. Incorporated great key details about what we were seeing and how it related to history and the technique. Clear accent too if anyone struggles!

The guide was helpful and... - The guide was helpful and informative however we only viewed one floor of the museum. It would be more time efficient to spend less time on one area in effort to view more of the museum

Disappointment and no show tour guide - This was a terrible experience for us. I had written that due to our flight coming in late and having to get our luggage to the cruise ship, we would be a few minutes late for the tour. I was very apprehensive that no tickets were issued for this tour. Instead, we were told to meet the tour guide inside the museum if we were late. Unfortunately, the Museum gatekeepers would not let us in without tickets and barcodes. By the time I located the phone number for Viator tour customer service, it was 10 minutes after 1. Looking down from the entrance, we could not see a tour director or anyone waiting for us at the information desk. It took several phone calls to get the customer service representative to actually send us tickets with barcodes, but by this time the tour has started and no one at the desk knew who the tour director was. Viator had not given us his name, but only a vague description of what he looked like. We were unable to find him, even though several of the Museum staff tried to help us. Later in the afternoon., we went on a brief tour with Museum staff, but it was a very disappointing afternoon for us. I will never book another Viator tour tour that doesn't have the tickets downloadable as part of the payment transaction! Beware!
