Our Hop on Hop off Holland tour kicks off with a stop at the tulip farm operated by Daan and Anja, a third-generation farming couple.
Tracing their roots in the flower bulb industry back to 1927, the family will welcome you to their colorful fields. The tour will be led by Daan himself, offering ample photo opportunities. It concludes at the show garden where you can enjoy Anja’s delicious homemade apple pie.
A luxurious coach ride across the flower-coated fields takes you to the Keukenhof, offering ample time for you to explore the spring garden.
Lastly, embark on an enchanting windmill cruise through traditional Dutch hamlets. As you glide past the original windmills, remember that you are situated 5 meters below sea level, kept safe by the windmills and the dikes.

Buses to Keukenhof depart from "This is Holland" (opposite Amsterdam Central Station) on the IJ. To get there, take the free ferry from Central Station in the direction of "Buikslotermeer." It is only a 3-minute ferry ride to the opposite side, from where it's a 2-minute walk to "This is Holland."

Great Experience! - I had booked this tour specifically because it seemed extremely well rounded and met close to where I was staying. Unfortunately my alarm never went off and I woke up about 15 minutes after the meeting time! I was so mad at myself but went over anyway to see if there was anything they could do. Sure enough, the kind ticket folks said that they would not be able to get me to the tulip farm (since that was the only tour that day) but they would happily put me on the next bus that included the windmill cruise and the keukenhof gardens. It left 10 minutes later and I had a wonderful day exploring the gardens! The buses run every 30min back to Amsterdam so you can leave when you are ready. Truly a highlight of the trip thanks to their customer service!

Tulips tulips tulips!! - If you like tulips, you must book this specific tour! It’s the only one that stops at a tulip farm AND Keukenhof! At the tulip farm, you’re able to walk in an actual tulip field. Our bus driver, Peter, was wonderful! Very informative and personable and made this trip all the better. I was SO glad to go on this tour and see the tulips at the perfect time. You get plenty of time at each stop, I never felt rushed.

Great Day - The tulips were specular and the day ended with a great boat tour.
Maybe a little less time at Keukenhof and more time at the tulip farm.

Loved the Gardens - Loved the experience. Great to go to the tulip farm first then the gardens, but I do wish we went earlier than the crowds. Tulip farm is a little more secluded. Note to US citizens - you must have certified bulbs to bring back and Keukenof only has a couple of choices. The tulip farm has none. The gardens is huge!!! The food is great and in multiple locations. Can go solo or with friends.

Dream come true ! - The tulip farm was an awesome experience . Have been wanting to walk between the tulips since I saw this Indian movie Silsila . Keukonhof was also too beautiful , much much more than expected. 27 /4/23 was a day when my dream came true . Was a lovely sunny day and I took great pics !

Great day tour, highly recommended. - Exquisite tour, very well organized, allowed adequate time at each venue to relax and enjoy. Bus driver/tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful. Check in was very efficient. Keukenof gardens are indescribable, simply awesome. Tulip Farm and canal cruise exceptional, great variety.

All the colors - This was the bedt day I had in The Netherlands, or top 3 for sure 😃
The tour met my expectations, the park is so gigantic and I almost cried when I saw the marvel of the colors and wonders inside. Thank you to our driver and to the organizers, it is a well thought tour!
