A wonderful (and delicious) experience! - This was such an enjoyable experience! Our host was just so kind and informative, and her home is so lovely, with beautiful views of the Amstel River. We learned about Amsterdam, its food and culture, and speaking of food… wow! Everything was so delicious. We were served some lovingly prepared foods and then got to experience making two pancakes; a sweet and a savory. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

YUM! - We had a wonderful time with Fusima in her lovely canal home! Had some wonderful treats and had so much fun learning to make sweet and savory Dutch Pancakes. We even flipped them and they didn't hit the ground! AND she sent us the receipes! What a wonderful and charming hostess! Would definitely do this again!

Fun While Learning A New Skill - Fusina was wonderful. She patiently showed us how to prepare and make Dutch pancakes'. Her home is beautifully decorated. It was the highlight of our Amsterdam experience

MUST do in Amsterdam!!! - Fusina was a wonderful hostess! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at her beautiful home. Conversation was interesting and educational and the food offerings were amazing! I especially enjoyed the Gouda cheese with the Appelstroop. It was so good I found some at a local grocery store to bring some home. The Dutch pancakes were SO good and was excited to learn how to make them and will definitely duplicate it with friends at home in the US. This was definitely the highlight of my first trip to Europe.

Lovely unique experience - We had a lovely time! It was a very unique experience. Host was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sue made us feel welcome and helped us make some delicious traditional Dutch pancakes. We also had some traditional Dutch snacks as well as drinks and some wine. Delightful few hours.

Authentic Amsterdam Experience - This is a must do while in Amsterdam. Learning to make local pancakes, while also experiencing a local home on the canal. Exceptional host who provides local history and experience.

Must Do In Amsterdam! - As soon as we stepped in the door, our hostess extended a relaxed and informative time to us in her own Dutch Home. Giving us the hands on opportunity of making and flipping Dutch Pancakes while being served on her antique traditional Blue and White Dishes gave us many unique memories to carry back home. Thank you so very mush.

Not what I expected - I don’t think the description is clear enough. This was in someone’s home. This was not a professional environment with cooking stations. You are sharing the experience with others in the kitchen making one pancake which you all share. The host was friendly and knowledgeable and provided delicious treats. However, this was not what I was expecting and overpriced in my opinion. PS there were no aprons as in the picture.

We apologize but think it was the worst cooking class we have ever attended. - We’re sorry but felt it was the worst food class we have ever taken. We have taken many. The canal house was charming and so was the host but the amount of food we cooked and ate was just ridiculous. We didn’t even have an entire pancake for each person. That’s not right. We felt ripped off. We have been to many classes and ate well. Each person was given a fraction of a pancake. It was ridiculous.
