Must Do In Amsterdam! - As soon as we stepped in the door, our hostess extended a relaxed and informative time to us in her own Dutch Home. Giving us the hands on opportunity of making and flipping Dutch Pancakes while being served on her antique traditional Blue and White Dishes gave us many unique memories to carry back home. Thank you so very mush.

Great time!! - We loved our time here!! So much fun and DELICIOUS pancakes!!! We especially loved the bacon one! She also told us about the local market that was about a 10-15 min walk from her home and we LOVED that as well.

Culture, cooking, cozy kitchen! - Fusina is a gracious hostess. The morning was absolutely delightful. Since my husband and I had spent a couple of days in Amsterdam several years ago, I looked for something different to do. In the future, I will seek out these types of experiences.

You'll "Flip" for this Pancake Experience! - After arriving in Amsterdam on a very early flight from the US, learning to make Dutch pancakes and sharing an enjoyable conversation at Fusina's home on the Amstel River was a perfect start to our stay here. We sliced apples, flipped our large pancakes in the air without dropping them, and enjoyed eating what we prepared, along with other local treats provided by the hostess. Tasty!! Fusina was very friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had a wonderful time. If you are looking for local Dutch "flavor" (pun intended), you'll enjoy this charming experience!

Perfect rainy day activity - There was not much cooking involved. The hostess was lovely and provided food and wine. There was great conversation about travel and Amsterdam. The pancakes were delicious and easy to replicate at home. This was held in a lovely house across from a canal. It was a bit pricey.

We apologize but think it was the worst cooking class we have ever attended. - We’re sorry but felt it was the worst food class we have ever taken. We have taken many. The canal house was charming and so was the host but the amount of food we cooked and ate was just ridiculous. We didn’t even have an entire pancake for each person. That’s not right. We felt ripped off. We have been to many classes and ate well. Each person was given a fraction of a pancake. It was ridiculous.
