Average Experience - Average experience. If he is one of the genius of his time, we don’t understand why his famous paintings then changed to computer generated paintings instead of showing other paintings. The rest was fine especially for those who don’t know anything about Da Vinci.

Bombastic kitsch - The only thing I got from this kitsch display is an attack of epilepsy. What bombastic noble kitsch! The story of this 'experience' was actually unclear to me and the interactivity is limited. I learned nothing about Da Vinci and saw many clichés supported by bombastic music with a cool voiceover by someone who does his utmost to speak English. The Gen-Z crowd apparently didn't mind because a lot of selfies were taken. Not worth the 25 euros for a ticket

REFUND!! - This is one of several attempts of contacting this company Da Vinci Genius. We arrived on the 28/2 scanned our tickets to be then told that the sound was not working and we could either receive a refund or wait until it’s fixed. This was not an option for us. We have not had any communication at all or any response to the emails we have sent. Technical difficulties is not our fault and having to ask for a refund despite being promised one is not ok. Nearly two months for a refund is not acceptable and we are very disappointed with this non existent customer service. I feel as if we have been scammed.

Disappointment - This “performance” was a major disappointment.
A poor copy of Fabrique des Lumières (fantastic).
Very bad voice over, content of the performance also somewhat vague.
I really got the idea that people are making a lot of money from this tourist trap.
I would recommend everyone to go to Fabrique des Lumières, cheaper and much more beautiful.
