Unforgettable Experience - The cheese making class was the highlight of my trip in Amsterdam. Paula teaches you all about the cheeses you are going to make, the art of the molds, and her history of cheese making. She also gives you all the resources to start making cheese when you go home. Her class and recommendations give you the local perspective of Amsterdam. I would recommend this class to anyone who is visiting Amsterdam.
