Cheese and wine cruise. - I loved the energy at this event, starting from the booking at the arrival office and onboard. The captain and other staff were amazing. The cheese and wines were superb.

Great 90mins with plenty of wine & cheese - Shared a table with a couple from the US. Lovely way to get ro know strangers over lovely bread and cheese and what seemed to be bottomless wine glasses. Constantly being refilled, got to see the sights and have great fun. Would highly recommend!

Nice evening on a tour boat - Fantastically beautiful tour through Amsterdam with good cheeses, bread, marmalade and generous with wine. Nice music and clean and nice.

Wine cheese and dine experience - A very nice upbeat and fun experience. Very generous and lovely wine and cheese boat trip. Good friends and great captain and crew

Us, wine and singing together - Super canal cruise with a super crew. The crew just gave it gas. Check in was somewhat chaotic, however It is an experience not to be missed

A Little Disappointing... - We were somewhat disappointed in the food portion of the evening. There were 4 of us and in addition to 4 pieces of cheese of each of 4 types of cheese, there were 3 grapes (not bunches - 3 grapes!) and 1 small roll each. Wine was good and ample. It was difficult to see sights because it was dark, and very little narration by driver/guide - mostly very loud 60's-70's rock & roll. We would recommend a daytime canal cruise.

Ok - Boat was warm. Views lovely. Cheese was disgusting. Noticed nobody ate it. All the boards were untouched.

Consider another company - The onboard staff were fabulous - the cheese platter was delicious and the wine was regularly topped up. The captain was humorous, engaging and knowledgeable. However, the boarding was a debacle - it was disorganised and confusing, and there was no boarding information provided. Very disappointing for a company of this size and experience. We had booked a second cruise (Evening Cruise) with them the next day and the boarding was even worse, so much so that they were overbooked and we weren't able to get a seat for our scheduled time, even though we arrived 30 minutes prior and were told to wait at the side, which is a tiny space. However, they were letting others on - we belated found out it was our cruise and there no available seats by this time. No apologies, no care, just indifference. We wrote to their Guest Services team immediately (via their website) but still have not received a response more than 2 weeks later. They simply don't care. Surely they can afford a concierge or digital signage to organize the boarding process. It was a mess, and others missed out too. Check out others before booking this company (through Tours & Tickets outlets in town). The two-stars are for the on-board staff who deserve more stars but are badly let down by their operational staff.

Disappointed - Such a pity they not available 17 December 2023 bringing friends over told them of this cruise now very disappointed. Need to find something else to do evening of 17th December
