- In case of bad weather we provide umbrella’s. In some cases of bad weather or season we might use a covered boat. In case the tour is cancelled by the operator, you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Please note that our boats are open in summer. In spring and in fall the boats can be open or covered, depending on weather in the morning. And in winter they will be covered and we will have heated seats.

Canal Cruise - Perfect way to see the city! Kevin was a great guide and though we’d visited Amsterdam before we saw many different things and places to see before we leave. Lovely relaxed afternoon with drinks provided. Would definitely recommend.

Fun and friendly guide - The guide was very friendly and enthusiastic. Drinks kept flowing. Great atmosphere. the tour was interesting and as everybody seats close it’s a fun and social way to see the city

Highly recommend !!! - Amazing fun canal cruise. Both guides were knowledgeable and fun. It was informative and cozy. We went on a cold day and were welcomed with warm cozy blankets and unlimited drinks, choices between beer, wine, hot drinks (coffee and tea) and soft drinks. The setting on the boat was comfy and felt more personal than most other cruises (traditional benches). Overall a fun enjoyable experience.

Hour canal cruise - A very enjoyable canal cruise our guide Mereign was very informative,welcoming and happily answered our questions and kept us topped up with our drinks.

Great tour! - This was a great tour provided by the lovely captain and tour guide. Really fun facts about the buildings we passed and of Amsterdam in general. 100% recommend with unlimited drinks of different wines, Heineken, soft drinks along with tea and coffee. The seats were heated and it felt very comfortable going around the canal. Good job team!

No matter the weather, the crew will make sure your tour is a joy - Jasmine and Piepen made sure that our tour on a stormy day was pleasant and informative. I would definitely recommend this tour to a friend!

Had fun! - Jasmine was a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Tour is great for any weather — boat has a detachable roof, heated seats, and blankets! Drink package was nice.

An OK canal cruise - It was ok. Nothing exceptional. The live guide was friendly and spoke good English and easy to understand but we think he should have shared more information about AMS and its canals since this was a canal cruise. He pointed out the important bldgs but could have given more information about them.
Also the boat wasn't clean, there were scraps on the floor and on the seat cushions which was off putting. But they did provide cushions for the back to make the ride comfortable and that was v much appreciated.
The biggest issue was the meeting place address was not written on the meeting place. How does one find 15F or 15D when it's not written anywhere? The tour co should have better signage/flags to make it easy for travelers to find them. There was v little effort made by the canal cruise company to assist travelers in locating the meeting point and that did not make it pleasant for us.
Lastly It is a OPEN AIR boat, no coverage in case of rain or wind so be aware of this. We were lucky that it didn't rain and wasn't windy for our tour but AMS weather is so unpredictable! This boat would be a good option during summer months.
