Simple entertainment with great staff - Very helpful staff, we enjoyed the theming and the video which is shown at the start. The first cocktails in the main bar was nice and strong before Jamie (our captain) led us in for an entertaining warm up talk before going in. He served our drinks and continued to engage with us as a group. We left when we had finished our drinks and sat in the main bar to warm up before leaving. The ice bar is simple with some photo opportunity props. Not sure what some of the 1* views expect to be honest!

Freezing & Fabulous - Brilliant experience. Our party of 8 really enjoyed it. Drinks were lovely, staff helpful and friendly.

Loved Amsterdam ice bar - Ice bar was amazing although a short experience, it exceeded my expectations at we really enjoyed every second. Defo recommend

It was ok. - You will receive 3 tokens, one to be used in the normal bar and 2 in the ice bar. The first bar was crammed and uncomfortable and not a nice place to sit and have a drink before going in. Also only maybe 4 tables but around 15+ groups of people? The ice bar itself was tiny. Definitely not enough to distract from the fact you're just standing around, freezing cold so the novelty wore off pretty quickly. I hadn't done one before and did enjoy the novelty of it, but it could be better. However, note that the drink options are very limited.

Decent vodka shots - The ice bar is ok. It’s an experience if you haven’t been to one before but it’s pretty busy and it feels a little like people are herded in like cattle. The flavoured vodka shots are tasty and it’s not terribly priced for a cocktail and some shots.

average - the bar before you enter the ice bar had a nice range of drinks and cocktails. however, when entering the ice bar all you can get is a beer or shots. the actual ice bar itself is a lot smaller and crammed than I imagined. it is a good place for photo opportunities but overall the experience felt quite rushed and was over and done with very quickly. something that you try once but personally wouldn’t return.

Good experience, not many drink options - 3 drinks with your ticket sounds like a good idea when you buy the ticket. The first one in the lounge was ok as we had plenty of options. Although, in the icebar, there wasn't many options as so many of the alcohols would freeze. So we were quite limited down there. Overall it was a good experience but I think it wasn't the best value for money, and wouldn't do it again.

Could be much better! - We'd never been to an ice bar before, so wasn't too sure what to expect. You book in time slots and at the time of booking ours, there were still 36 tickets available (not sure what the max capacity is?) You get 3 tokens, 1 to use as soon as you go into the bar, pre cocktails or a beer and the other 2 for shots or a beer in the 'freezing' part of the bar. Once you're called in, you're invited to put of the coats and gloves they provide, they were really needed, especially the gloves as you couldn't feel your fingers when you took them off!! It wasn't very big and quite crowded and the floor was extremely slippy. I think they could have made much more of an effort with the interior design, it looked like it had been throw together in a bit of a hurry. The shots were good but for the entry price, could have thrown a couple more in. Glad we did the trip, good fun & memories but wouldn't do it again. Top Tip, ask the photographer to take a pic on your smart phone, save a few bob on their photos.

Just okay - We were looking forward to visiting here as we’d never been before and to be honest it was a little underwhelming! Feels like they squeeze too many people into the rooms, not enough seats in the ‘lounge bar’ section when you first go in and the bar staff some were friendlier than others, then when you go through to the ice bar section it really is a small area that I don’t think can really cope with full capacity. It looks great don’t get me wrong! It’s great that they provide you with coat and gloves too for going into the ice bar. I probably wouldn’t do it again having now done it.
