Great fun was had - The dungeons were great fun! The actors are brilliant and get evrryone involved. The canal cruise was enjoyable and informative. The only downside was not being advised or told that tickets for both the dungeons and the cruise have to be collected from the ticket office which is a 10-15 min walk from the dungeons. Nowhere does Viator specify this and resulted in us being late to the dungeons but luckily they still allowed us in. Viator need to make this much clearer.

Email not accepted as tickets - I've given this a 3 star as the actual experiences were fine, however the tickets were another issue. We walked from the central station to the Dungeon but they wouldn't accept the email confirmation, had to walk back to a ticket office to physically get the tickets printed, then walk back to the dungeon, very tiring at my age when the email never mentioned getting tickets from a shop

Poor coordination between processing and provider - Booking and payment were quick and uncomplicated. The process was a disaster. No meeting point was given and after a telephone inquiry we were told that we should go straight to the dungeons and get entry there and then get the canal cruise tickets from the ticket shop at Dam2. In the dungeon it became clear that we should have picked up ALL tickets at Dam2 first but we didn't have time for the agreed performance in the dungeon. We drew tickets twice and paid for them. So we paid for the dungeon twice for 3 people because Tripadvisor was unable to give an exact meeting point and handover.
