5 stars isn't high enough to rate this workshop its a 10 - While planning my best friends bachelorette I came across Romans cocktail workshop and to just give a 5 start review is too little in my opinion (as well as the groups). He gave us clear directions and how to get to his apartment, which is stunning with all the natural light, he had his table set up with each of us our own tools and very high quality one at that! the table was set so beautifully. he welcomed us and explained how the course would go, beautiful French music playlist and it was magical! We learned history of spirits and cocktails, we learned why and how to create a blend of tastes! He truly made a class about learning really fun, entertaining and elevated! After we made our cocktails we got to sit on the balcony in the sun and enjoy and talk together before going back and learning and making more. Roman has expert knowledge and makes the whole 2 hours a great time together. I got lots of compliments from our group of 10 ladies about how they can't wait to make the cocktails themselves. He even had mocktails set up for a few girls who didn't drink and they had just as an amazing taste as the ones with and didn't miss anything on the experience. Roman was so professional and send a wrap out email with photo and video links of us making our drinks and enjoying our time with the bride to be so we didn't have to worry with taking photos. If I could recommend him to anyone looking for a course I would over and over again. You don't want to miss this!!

Great value, great experience - Roman is incredibly knowledgeable about mixology and is adept at sharing that knowledge in an engaging way. We were made to feel comfortable straight away. Roman explains every step of the process clearly and carefully guides you without being condescending. We feel confident about being able to reproduce our cocktails at home. Overall, it was a lot of fun.

Activity for a friend's birthday - But what an experience! Romain passed on and shared his passion for mixology with us, with a lot of humor and a lot of patience (14 girls it's not always easy :D) It was an experience that I really enjoyed and that I would be ready to do again! the cocktails were so good and with Romain's directions, it was child's play! I congratulate him for this workshop! It was really a pleasure to participate!
