Amnesia: Escape Room Game in Atlanta

How dare you say thank you for attending our Great Escape Room when you know damn well that your location was closed! I booked for today, August 19th for Insomnia and got there and the place was desolate! I will be calling to speak to a manager and I want a FULL refund. I will not be recommending your business as it is very ghetto! This was a part of my first anniversary plans so thanks a lot! Sarcasm!

We had a great time at our escape room and had great customer service/game masters on site. However, we came in because I had received an offer via email for 1 free player if booked by 12/31. I booked on 12/24 and played on 12/27, but when paying online they would not accept my valid discount code. Upon inquiring in person on 12/27 for the 1 player credit, the employee there told us we needed to speak with the manager Kareem because "many people had the same issue I did" and it needed to be resolved at the top. Kareem was not present so the employee specifically told us to email him. We have emailed Kareem 2 times with no response to the inquiry. To make this right, Ultimate Escape needs to honor the discount code they issued and advertised, but I cannot get a response from the manager. Extremely satisfied with the room, dissatisfied with the customer service.

The experience was so much fun! The host was amazing. They were very professional and made sure our group had a great time.

I’ve done every room at UEG, and they never fail to impress. The puzzles aren’t just math or perception like most escape rooms, they’re real, challenging, but fun experiences that cause you to think while still immersing you. The sets are fantastic and the effects always match the room. Some rooms I’ve made it out of first try, others took me several. I even find that the ones I’ve escaped have replay value, which is uncommon for a room. The staff are customer friendly and accommodating, even if you’re late or ask things available on the FAQ. I’ve never had an issue at UEG, and I will continue to bring my friends, both experienced and new, to UEG.

I went with 5 people, spent $150 and we didnt finish. This is a big disappointment. When we asked for help, the lady didn't know which stage we finished. No one guided us along to help us finish. This is why it has so many bad reviews that no one finished. In all the the escape rooms I have been to, the guide made sure we didn't spend a lot of time on one thing to make sure we finished the mission. We expected it to be scary. It was far from scary. Decoration was awful. Will never come back again. Not worth the money, not a great experience.

This was our first escape room challenge. KP was our host and he did an excellent job at explaining and assisting me and my wife in our game. Even though we was a walk in and played alone it was a great time even though we had to participate in one of the tougher rooms. We will be back and we are gonna bring some friends and try to conquer. Thanks again for a wonderful time and creating a great experience for our anniversary
