Best time ever - When I booked this trip, I was hoping to spend some time in beautiful landscape, with some luck, with nice people around. To be honest, I decided not to do much research and let Jordan surprise me. And man, it did!! All my expectations exceeded, and it turned to be one of the best trips of my life. But let me start first from the beginning and say that I did Petra to Dana and then Dana to Wadi Rum between September and October. For the first part, I was fortunate to have the companionship of an amazing small group; for the second, it was just me and Titi, the best guide ever, who I now consider to be a good friend. In total, it was eleven days of hiking and two of transfer from and to Amman. In matter of organization, everything went fine. The hiking days were wonderful. The rhythm was pretty relaxed, good enough to enjoy the beautiful places in peace. Titi knew A LOT about geography, biology, and history of the region, what made the walking much more interesting. After the hike, the support team was waiting for us, ready to teach some culture and culinary lessons. Mustafa, Abu Thair and their families were so kind. Even though they could not speak English, we managed to communicate. I felt really welcomed and safe all time! I am looking forward to going back to Jordan again mostly because of this experience. I am so grateful for having the opportunity to know this incredible country and its hearted people thru this hiking.

trip of a lifetime - I did the Dana to Petra group hike through Treks in April and it was fantastic! there were about 7 of us in the group. We all got along well and ended having made friendships. I found the trip (before and during) very well organized. The guide was informative, accommodating, friendly and easy going. The food was great and the wild camping (2 nights) were in great locations. The support staff were also efficient and helpful. I was worried that it would be too strenuous for me, as I don't hike or work out much, but it was fine. Challenging in some parts but not overly so. I had such a great time I considered going on to Wadi Rum (as the guide was doing with another group), but ultimately decided another 5 days may be too much for me.

Exceed my expectation!! - I left my heart in Petra and Wadi Rum. it was great to have Monther as our guide from Trek. The timing was perfect (May)- weather was cool. we spent a perfect day in a magical place Petra, it was well orgenaized, timing, perfect lunch-"Mansaf"- jordanian food, magicals view, perfect explanation for the mystery of this paradise. then, we excperienced two wounderful extreme days including hiking and Jeep tour, delecious jordanian food and the sky was magical at night. I would highly recommend taking Monther as guide trip (you will feel him as a friend), he was aware for all our needs, nothing was missed. one cons: be ready to become addicted to these places/experience types.

Recommendation on TREKS Jordan - It was definitely an amazing experience with a very professional team! The first time for me in Jordan has exceeded my expectations. Munther the guide from Treks was amazing; very informative on all the sites we visited and helpful / supportive in all physical activities like hiking or climbing mountains as it can be challenging for a first time. Overall everything was amazing and I recommend TREKS Jordan for anyone who wants to visit Jordan to learn about it's history and experience it's nature in a hiking and climbing adventure. 100/100 recommended. 👌🩷

Excellent hiking tour through the desert - Walking through a painted desert, spectacular wadis and unspoiled nature was a trip of a lifetime. Organisation was flexible and highly reliable. The guide Hamoul and his team were extremely knowledgeable and caring. The tour is physically demanding, but worth every effort.

Amazing experience - This trip with the TREKS crue and the amazing guides Munther and Foad exceeded my expectations, our trip started with exploring petra and little petra , then we spent two days in the mesmerizing wadi rum and we ended with the capital amman . I can say wholeheartedly that this was one of the best experiences i had ! The food, the hikes, the places we went , it was all well thought of, and even when faced "problems" Munther and Foad were so patien and always found a good alternative.
