Chef Raffaella will welcome you to the Agriturismo Il Tintore, a unique, intimate and familiar location, surrounded by the charming Tramonti valley, where you will cook the typical dishes of the Campania tradition.
There are many products of our land that make our cuisine special and among these there is the lemon. The desire to transmit the recipes of our cuisine enriched by the beneficial properties of our Sfusato was there to start this Cooking Class project based on the Mediterranean diet with typical dishes in which our lemon is one of the main ingredients.
From starters to desserts, we don’t offer you a simple cooking class, but an experience to fully enjoy the flavors and aromas of our beloved Coast and spend time in joy.
At 11:00 arrival at Agriturismo il Tintore. Welcome drink and delivery of the baskets that will be used for the collection of km 0 products directly in the garden.

You will be received by Chef Raffaella at Agriturismo Il Tintore, a special and homely spot nestled in the captivating Tramonti valley, where traditional Campanian dishes will be the star of your cooking journey. Our local produce, including scrumptious lemons, lend a unique taste to our cuisine. More than a mere cooking class, we provide an immersive experience to appreciate the flavors and fragrances of our cherished coastline and cherish enjoyable moments. Arrival at Agriturismo ‘Il Tintore’ is at 11:00. Welcome drinks are served. Baskets for collecting seasonal produce from the garden will be handed out. Afterwards, the gathered items are brought to the kitchen, where preparations for the lunch commence.
