The secrets have been handed down for generations, I’ve been a professional pizza maker for over 15 years and I’ll make sure you get to know the most important notions. You will make the traditional dough of the high hydration Neapolitan Pizza, you will touch our organic products typical of the Amalfi coast such as San Marzano tomato, buffalo mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil. At the end of our Pizza Class, it will be very easy for you to make real Neapolitan pizza at home!

Favorite experience I've booked! - This is one of the best experiences I've ever booked. The location was stunning and our hosts were incredibly hospitable. They were also wonderful teachers and gave us confidence that we could prepare the same dishes at home. This is a must book if you are in Amalfi!

MUST DO EXPERIENCE! - We can't rate this experience highly enough! Francesca and Roberto were absolutely phenomenal hosts! There place is so amazing and the view is gorgeous! We did the pasta and ice cream class and OMG..... BEST pasta we ate in Italy and we made it! They were both also VERY accomodating with my 8 yo daughter and even had a little apron for her to wear too. We are so grateful to have done this experience and I have made a life long friend in Francesca. PLEASE do yourself a favor and book this amazing experience!

Amazing authentic Italian Cooking class with the best views of the Amalfi Coast - Roberto and Francesca were wonderful hosts and this was the best experience we had while in Amalfi! First of all they were able to pick us up from Amalfi to save us from taking public transport, which was so convenient! They were able to cater for dietary requirements and even prepared food the night before to ensure our friend was able to enjoy the cooking class with dairy free options. The food, the wine, the music, the breathtaking views were all amazing. It truly felt like an authentic Italian cooking experience. We would definitely do it again!
