Amazing skydiving! - Amazing experience that jumping from a height of 15,000 feets by flying 15 mins, 70 seconds freefall almost can’t breath and a little bit pain in ears.

Awesome feeling, breathtaking views and a team of professionals to keep you safe. - No words can describe this experience... I was in awe from beginning to end. Portimão has breathtaking views and the Skydive7 team were funny, professional, and made sure we were and felt safe at all times. They did everything in their hands so that we lived this experience to the fullest and had nothing to worry about. It was my first time skydiving so I was going for the 3000mts, but after discussing it with several people there, I decided to go for the 5000mts, and I am grateful I did! It all ends so quickly!! So the extra seconds free falling made a huge difference. You will still have to jump off that airplane anyway, so better make sure you will have enough time to enjoy it!! I confirmed, as I had thought, that you don't feel vertigo at all (and I am the kind that has been to a rollercoaster only once in my life and never again...). My instructor João later explained to me that it's because we are are not in a fixed position, but constantly moving. I found that really interesting. What I did not expect was that it would be painful for my ears. They still hurt a bit 48hs later. Apparently, some people are more sensitive than others to the air pressure at that height, so bear that in mind. Another piece of advice, remember to smile at all times!!! Otherwise, you may find it hard to find a good picture to share!!! Hahaha This is because the air makes your face unrecognizable at such freefall speed... In my best pics, I am smiling. Though in the rest I basically have my mouth open all the time: I just couldn't believe my eyes were seeing so much beauty, and my body felt like it was literally flying rather than falling. All I could say was "ohhhh," "ohhh it's so beautiful," "ohhh my God!" Thus, my mouth was open at ohh most of the way down... LOL. The truth is that I was having such a great time that I didn't even think about the camera! Thankfully, instructors know how to ensure we get some good pics, but you must do as you're told! To sum up, I can't wait to do it again. It's an expensive hobby, but worth every euro. I know I will soon be back at Skydive7 in Portimão (maybe on a less cloudy day to have a clearer view) to jump with some of my friends who couldn't make it this time. And remember... IF YOU NEVER TRY, YOU'LL NEVER KNOW!!!

Experience of Flying - I think it was the best gift I could give myself for my 30s Birthday to face my fear of Jumping. It was easier than I thought before with the professional and friendly team in Skydive Seven. for sure skydiving is one of the things that you should experience before you Die! highly recommended.

Highly recommended AMAZING views - Yesterday i went to Skydive7 near Portimao to to a tandem jump at 15k and it was AMAZING. Sara, the girl at the reception was lovely and she walked us to the place inside the aerodrome to get suit up and prepare for the jump. Me guardian angel (expert jumper attached to me) was Andy and he has been EXTRAORDINARY!!! He was very professional and friendly, you can tell he does it for passion because he put you on the right vibe straight on. I personally highly recommend this place because, the view is amazing plus Andy explain me everything (which coast was that, which border was there... he even show me Spain from the plane 🤙🏼). He took a lot of pictures and a super cool edited video which i receive by mail right after the jump. I had problems downloading the video on my Android but after contact them by email Marta sent me a link just for Android... they take care of you all the way and even after.

Disappointing Day W/ Lack of Compensation - We were contacted to change the date of our jump since it was bad weather. We understood that. The day before our jump, I had checked in to make sure we had the right location to which someone responded. The next day we arrived on time for our jump, went to the front desk, and they had no recollection of our booking. I had to pull up the information on my phone. It turns out that the jump was cancelled and no one told us. We could not rebook since it was out final night of our trip. We paid 65 dollars in euros for one way. We ended up making the 1 hour trip for no reason and were stranded in a remote place with no transportation. We went to talk to the front desk and was told to request a refund through the booking agency, which we did. We also reached out to the whatsapp number we had been in contact with before explaining our situation. We wanted a full refund and for them to make a special exception to cover our travel expenses since we would have not come if we had been told the correct information. They admitted it was their fault as their team member forgot about our booking, but could not refund us for the uber. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and of course the cancelled flight. If anyone books with them in the future, make sure to call the day of to confirm booking. Wouldn't want anyone else to spend that much money on nothing.
