Amazing expierience - More than 34years on my bucketlist! It was Amazing. Professional crew, great instructrice. We feld verry welkome and safe. The skydive itself was Amazing with capital A I loved every second of it.

Unforgettable experience - It was amazing lifetime experience, we had to wait a little bit more than expected but the time while waiting went fast. Instructors are super nice and professional and made me feel calm before jump.

Brilliant experience - My son and I wanted to do the Skydive together to celebrate his 18th birthday and that we'd made it through some tough times together. I thought this would be a great bonding experience and something off the bucket list. We changed our flight home so that we could jump as our original booking was cancelled due to weather. It made it a very expensive endeavour but didn't want to go home disappointed. We were gutted when we arrived and were told immediately that we were being put on separate flights. I explained we'd booked to do this together but she said there was no way round this. Other couples and groups were accommodated and we were split up. This was not how we'd imagined it, we wanted to do it together. It really put a spoiler on the experience having to do it on our own. The receptionist also weighed me as soon as I walked through the door and the scales said I was 0.7kg over the limit so would have to pay extra. A tall man in my sons group who was clearly going to be over the weight limit said he wasn't even weighed and didn't have to pay the extra. Some consistency would be good. The actual instructors and the jump itself, absolutely faultless! 5 stars for sure. I experienced everything from terror to utter delight in massive proportions. It was an incredible experience. The instructor and I made a perfect gentle landing and I was ecstatic. My son had just had to sit around in the hangar on his own. Then we waited for his turn. He had a fantastic jump experience with a brilliant instructor too. We got the video and photo package and the staff do a fantastic job between them, the instructors capturing the footage and the staff in the office editing the videos. Is a great keepsake. We just wish we were in the same one, doing the jump together as intended.

Enjoyed the tandem dive but ... - First thing, the rating is not a reflection of the tandem sky dive itself, that was amazing and I would love to do that again. The freefall from 5000m is definitely one of those life experiences worth going for. The view over Alvor and Lagos after the parachute is launched is really worth taking in. Now, what detracted from a 5* rating? The organization; I was booked in for a 11am dive and arrived around 10:40am. I did not for a second expect to do the tandem sky dive at 11am on the dot but equally, I did not expect to spend around 2 hours waiting either. A bit on constructive feedback, sort out the pre-drive portion of the experience and the general sentiment will improve drastically. Provide realistic booking timetables and minimize the amount of time people have to spend waiting in the hanger with little else to do. If it took the 2 hour period to prepare people for the dive that would be fine but in my case, the prep took all of 15 mins max. Another thing, for those booking online, bring a debit card or cash unless you want to pay a 3% fee. I do not recall seeing this mentioned anywhere.
