  • Av. de Niza, s/n - We will carry out a 75-minute yoga and meditation practice outdoors in a group facing the sea and the mountains of Alicante on San Juan Beach.
    The class will be guided, supervised and with adjustments and corrections so you can practice safely and you can take all the benefits.
    It is a physical and mental practice, after it you will come out renewed; with your muscles stretched, joints lubricated, your mind more calm and focused, rested and de-stressed!
    If you cannot practice with us on the scheduled days outdoors, join us in the studio, you will live an experience that will bring you the same benefits as practicing outdoors.
