Excellent day out - Been back from this excursion about an hour now and would highly recommend it. Our guide was Leisa and she was so nice and really knowledgeable. There was a medical incident at our first stop in guadalest and Leisa handled it incredibly well. We did all 3 museums in guadalest and enjoyed all of them especially the salt and pepper pots. At our second stop the waterfalls are beautiful but there a lot of steps some of which are quite steep so just be advised. 2 hours free time at both stops is more than enough and does go really fast so also be aware of this.all in all had a fab day and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful tour! - Fabulous tour to Guadalest! Beautiful drive thru the mountains and a fun time in the village, we ate and shopped, enjoyed it very much, even found the perfect item for an upcoming family reunion gift! The waterfalls were pretty and a very nice walk, enjoyed it very much, but didn’t actually swim, too chilly for me in mid May! And, tried the nesperi gin and tonic, delicious!!! Highly recommend this tour, Kathy and driver Harry were great!

Super nice - Our guide ,Raquel, a charmer, told us a lot about the history of Alicante, the castle of Santa Barbara, the fountains of Algar and Guadalest with its castle and the museums. Free time of 2 hours in each of the 2 stops, time to visit everything about what Raquel told us.

Good visits, but better as two separate ones - Both visits are good, but having done them before, there is too much in one day. I would recommend doing them separately.

Lovely places, just very busy! - The guide on the coach was really helpful and friendly and we were dropped us off first after being the first pick up which was very useful! The views from Guadalest were amazing and it was a nice place to visit. We went to the castle which was small but worth a trip. The waterfalls were beautiful but very busy. I'd recommend wearing sea shoes as the rocks would be very uncomfortable without them. It is worth a trip coming from Calpe or Benidorm but probably too far from Alicante to be worth it.

Long bus ride from Albir - Guadalest was an experience, stunning views from a beautiful village. Algar was very nice, but stacked. The water was quite oily of all the sunscreen, so to speak! The problem with the trip was no matter the travel time. If you are travelling from Albir you can expect to spend 60 minutes picking up other passengers in Benidorm. At least! And after this the journey itself begins. We were on foot for almost nine hours, and over half of these were spent either on the bus or waiting on the bus. I cannot recommend the trip from Albir, but the experience is probably better from Benidorm.
