Falling in love with Algonquin Park - From the start the experience with Algonquin Nature Adventures was exactly what we needed. The booking process was really easy with great communication from Kristina and full information provided so we knew what to expect, what to take with us, etc. The paddle to our camp was approx 3 hours including a short portage and it was a reasonably leisurely paddle where we could get used to the canoe. All of us had minimal paddling experience and none of us had any aches despite paddling for roughly the same amount each day of our trip. The meals were filling and we never went short of food. Baz was amazing. He's friendly and couldn't have done anything to make the trip more enjoyable, He knows the lakes like the back of his hand and where to go to try to see the wildlife. He made sure we had a wonderful time - you can join in as much as you like and you get out of the trip what you put in. We went swimming in the lake when we weren't paddling but you could also spend time just chilling if that was what you wanted. The sunrise paddle was absolutely magical. Overall we had an incredible few days and have raved about the trip to everyone we know. We were gutted to just miss out on a moose sighting despite trying on a number of times - maybe next time Baz.

The Canadian Camping Experience of a Lifetime - My sister and I spent 4 days/3 nights with Baz and it was an unforgettable experience we will talk about for years to come. Kristina was extremely helpful in planning our trip and responded to every question in depth. Baz and Kristina have thought of everything ! All you need is yourself, some suitable clothes and an appetite for adventure. We had delicious meals every day, everything from steak cooked on an open fire to cinnamon rolls in the morning. Within hours Baz you feel like you are on a camping trip with close friends. Algonquin National Park is a magical place and exploring it with a knowledgeable guide like Baz makes it even more memorable. We were also very fortunate to see moose each day, which was a huge bucket list item for us. Baz has spent years perfecting his trips to make them absolutely perfect - we couldn't find a single fault in this experience. I will definitely be doing this trip again next time I visit Canada and I would recommend it to absolutely everyone of all ages looking for an authentic Canadian Camping Experience. Thanks so much again Baz and Kristina !!!

Fearful of water on my 1st canoe trip with friends, but ended up thoroughly enjoying the exp, creating lasting memories - Hi Baz and Kristina, I am writing this on behalf of my team (the “3 Indian boys” 😊). We wanted to express our heartfelt thanks for the incredible adventure tour you organized. It was an unforgettable experience, and we appreciate all the hard work and dedication that went into making it such a fantastic experience. This is one-of-a-kind adventure tour that anyone would enjoy, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and will plan next year again with a few more folks from my team. Cheers!!

Amazing family experience - The four days were an amazing experience for us with 2 Boys (15&11). We were no kayaking experts, but our guide Baz introduced us to everything. We had so much fun and enjoyed excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The tents are spacious and the campsite is a perfect location close to hotspots for swimming, Moose seeking and sunrise tours. We enjoyed the four days with an extra day compared to the standard offer, so that we could see more and take our time.

Great experience - We had a great trip! Baz seemed highly skilled and very well prepared which made the trip easy and all save for us even though we did not have much camping experience so far. He was really chatty and funny. The outdoor sauna was a super highlight, but the whole trip was just awesome.

Amazing Backcountry Camping Experience - The trip was amazing. I went with my mom and her friends. We went at the end of July. We saw snapping turtles, a beaver, herons, and multiple loons and even their nest. The food was great and much better than we expected. Our guide, Baz was incredible and explained a lot of stuff about the wildlife there. We will definitely come back again.

Unbelievable Experience - We have just returned from a 4 day trip with Baz. We are a family of four from Scotland and all had the most unbelievable experience. Some of the highlights of the trip were feeding the snapping turtles at the campsite, seeing moose with their babies, visiting a beaver dam, cliff jumping into the beautiful warm water of the lake, canoeing at sunset, sunrise and seeing the stars……the list goes on. The trip is very well organised and Baz is a wonderful guide and very friendly with so much knowledge of the park and amazing stories to tell. We ate so well and the food was so tasty and fresh with a varied menu and well cooked and prepared by Baz. We have made memories that will last a lifetime. If you are thinking of a trip to Algonquin then I can’t recommend Algonquin Nature Adventures highly enough

Amazing trip for reading week - My friend and I had a very nice time in Algonquin Park during our reading week! The guide was very, very friendly and taught us a lot about canoeing and Canadian wildlife. We went to see beaver dams, the sunrise, sunset, and the moon rise. On the third day, we also saw a beautiful male moose with antlers right next to our campsite. We also fed gray jays and chipmunks right from our hands and the food we had every day was really incredible. The only thing you should really know is that there is no real toilet, shower, electricity, and mobile service at the campsite.

Most amazing trip near Toronto - It was my best camping ever. Besides the breathtaking nature the guide teached me a lot and it was a funny and very pleasant atmosphere. Even though it is wild there this camping was very professional, I felt safe and the food was better than at home! I am so happy to have done this. There are many different animals and the night sky, sunrise and sunset is amazing to see at this place. If I come to Toronto again I would 100 percent do it again and I would recommend it to everyone. I've learned a lot and the nature took away all stress and negative things.
