- Cala Dragunara - Cala Dragunara is one of the smallest and, at the same time, one of the best-known beaches in the protected marine area of Capo Caccia, in the portion of Alghero territory that falls within the Porto Conte regional park. It is surrounded by dense Mediterranean vegetation and bordered by scenic stone steps that descend to the sandy shore. The sand is golden and soft, with medium grains. Here you will admire waters of breathtaking transparency, with intense shades of colour, green and blue. The shallow seabed and shelter from the north winds make it suitable for families with children, while the presence of outcropping rocks and reefs and the wealth of fish fauna make it an ideal destination for snorkelling. Along a path heading south through the scrubland, you can take a closer look at the Torre del Bollo, also known as the Torre del Buru. It is one of the smallest torrezillas - or towers with a sighting function only - on the Alghero coast, built in the second half of the 16th century.
- Capo Caccia Vertical Cliffs - The stop will be in front of the island of Foradada, an imposing white limestone cliff located near Capo Caccia. It is so called because it is ‘pierced’ from side to side by a cave carved by the sea, which is partly submerged.
- Punta Giglio - Punta Giglio, historically and officially in Algherese Catalan “La Punta del Lliri”, is a limestone promontory located in north-western Sardinia north of Alghero that, together with Capo Caccia, encloses the bay of Porto Conte. Called ‘punta’ (point) despite its height above sea level, it owes its name to the presence of numerous sea lily plants.
-
Porto Conte - Most of the bathing stops are in small coves within the Porto Conte park:
Cala del Rosso
Cala del Lazzaretto
Capo Galera
Cala Dragunara
Cala del Bollo
Cala Inferno
Punta Negra
