There was no tour!!! - There was no tour!!
Called to confirm due to weather and was told there were no booked tours tonight at 10pm. Was told that TripAdvisor bookings sometimes don't carry over and the company didn't have anyone to send out tonight. So we cancelled the reservation for a full refund (hopefully). We couldn't even find a brick and mortar location to talk to someone in town!!!
Lesson learned, book with the company directly. Very disappointed...traveller beware
