It was established in 1477 AD (882 AH) by Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa’it Bay. The Citadel is situated on the eastern side of the northern tip of Pharos Island at the mouth of the Eastern Harbour

Nour’s tour was impressive! - Nour was impressive! She was very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. The overall tour was fascinating and magical. She made it super fun with Heny who drove us. We danced and played around too and made me feel very welcomed in Cairo. I miss you, Nour 😘!
