One of the Worlds must see museums . - This is newly staged and opened ,so forgive if not fully functioning .The exhibits are ranging and wonderful ,staged superbly ,especially the Crocodile Deity Temple ,complete with mummified Crocodile . We were all very excited by the entire experience and we are well travelled and not easily impressed ,so were excited to visit the shop to buy books and support in any way possiblle .Oh no ! The shop is not ooppenn yet ,disappointing indeed . But a good reason to return to Alexandria ,stay at The Metropole ,revisit the wonderful Museums .

Alexandria in a day - Karim was a great guide. We visited the library on our own the previous day since our tour was on a Friday, when the library was closed. Friday was a great day for the tour since the locals all stayed home until 1pm to observe their Sabbath.

Alexandria - Had a great trip. We had a very informative guide with a sense of humor. We saw lots of historical sites.

Ramasside Tours were excellent, unlike Viators website - I thought I had booked a tour of Alexandria with a pickup at the port; understandable as the tour I originally booked was located by Viator under Tours from the port. After I booked was contacted by Ramasside to be advised that the tour was only available from Hotels. With help from Nada and Sarah I managed to find the correct tour. Rammaside then contacted me prior to the tour with a photo of the mosque outside the port gates where the guide, Mohammed would meet us. The WhatsApp message also included a photo of Mohammed. All very impressive. The tour impressed even more. Mohammed was an excellent guide with a brilliant manner and detailed knowledge of all the sites we visited. We enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant and coffee at Mohammed's favourite cafe. An unforgettable day.

Great Guide - Our guide Yaser was amazing. We had only a few hours in the city but he was very knowledgeable about the history of Alexanderia answered all our questions and spoke fluent English. Highly recommend him.

Excellent tours - We used these guys for a 6 hour tour through Alexandria. Karim was very knowledgable about the history and town, and Mohammed the driver was very professional too. We had a great variety of things to see and do with excellent organisation. We asked for the same guide and driver to take us to Rosetta (Rashid) the following day too. This was a magical place and walking through the township was fantastic fun. The shop owners all knew Karim so we were able to get an insight to day-to-day life there. The meeting of the Nile and the Mediterranean was lovely as were all the bright fishing boats. I can understand that this place wouldn't suit everybody but we enjoyed it so much. We would highly recommend Karim and Mohammed, and their fun but professional service.
