Traditional Portugese Dinner - This was a great experience our tour guide Cody was phenomenal. We stopped first at local bar and had a cocktail and then walked around the corner to our dinner spot. He explained the dishes and their origins and helped us make selections. I chose the black pork and my sister had the Seabass. Both entrées were out of this world delicious. Dinner was accompanied with white and red wine and ended with a selection of desserts and a shot of espresso. The service was phenomenal as well. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.. we had pick up and drop off SERVICE and it was well worth the price. Again, Cody the tour guide was a perfect host. This tour is a must experience

An Evening of Food and Conversation - The Portuguese Traditional Dinner and Cocktail Experience was a refreshing departure from typical vacation dining and truly memorable. We shared our meal with our host Cody and part of his lovely family, along with some friendly ladies from Finland, sampling multiple plates and desserts in a wonderfully communal atmosphere that encouraged authentic cultural exchange. The evening began with a fun ride in an open-top 4x4, followed by the delicious traditional Portuguese meal, then transportation to a cocktail bar for a nightcap before being conveniently dropped back at our vehicle. If you're looking to step outside the typical tourist dining scene and connect with both locals and fellow travelers over great food, these two Alaskan travelers can confirm this experience delivers exactly that.

Do this! - What a beautiful, fun, and delicious night this was! I highly recommend this experience. Pedro was a great guide and shared interesting information, doing it with great humour and ease. When he picked us up at our apartment there was a group of amazing women in the jeep already and we clicked with them all right away. We chatted and laughed so hard the whole night. Each place we went to really celebrated our joy and joined in on the fun. Food and wine with dinner were delicious, with loads of options, and the cocktail bar we were taken to was wonderful. Take this opportunity to try traditional food and drink, and you’ll thank yourself you did. Thanks, Pedro. We had an amazing time!

taste of local cusine - The latest on the stable of Algarveflashbackholidays.forget the typical tourist trap restaurant this trip is an outing to a great little Portuguese Gem nothing flashy just old charm local cuisine. We had choice of about 6 different main courses from a codfish creation to steak .I had some of the best piri piri I've ever eaten .desert was easy for me as I love almonds others had cheesecake or caramel all washed down with red or white wine then off to another hidden bar round the corner for a choice of cocktails and then our taxi back to our hotel all included Cody you did it again five stars and another great trip

Our best meal in town - We got picked up by the driver who was very friendly and took us to a restaurant that we wouldn’t have found by ourselves.
It was the best meal we had during the week.
My girlfriend had Cod, an I had a special Pork and Clams.
Desserts and the cocktail were great to top off the experience.

Brutal experience - SUPER INCREDIBLE DAY!!
I loved the tour, super animated and professional staff.
5 stars for the guide, for sympathy and good disposition all the time.
The dinner was great and came to make this whole day very special. I've met amazing people.
Super attentive follow-up from the check-in to the last minute of the experience.
I highly recommend to those who want to have another perspective of the Algarve and Albufeira area
I will repeat from a next accompanying.

Traditional Portuguese food and lots of fun - After being collected from our hotel we were taken to a traditional Portuguese restaurant where we chose local food from a menu. Fun evening with a cocktail, coffee and water all in the price. A really hassle free way to get to eat good traditional food with a fun group of people.

Cocktail + Portuguese food = Amazing - Great experience while staying in the algarve. As a cocktail lover and a weakness for portuguese food, this is definitely a MUST combi experience to do. Especially to ask for your favorite cocktail! Highly recommended.
