- On the BBQ Cruise, a vegetarian option is available if we are informed at time of the booking
- Check-in is always made 30 minutes before departure time at ALGARVE CHARTERS’s office
- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
- Party Groups or group bookings of more 8 people are not accepted unless the client private hire the all boat
- We have a booking minimum
- This activity is not accessible to people with limited movement, or reduced mobility, flexibility, or motor coordination. This is necessary due to the change of boat to a dinghy reach the beach. There is no refund if these requirements are not met.

Pack water, sunscreen,... - Pack water, sunscreen, and towels. We had a wonderful time! The food was delicious and the crew was so thoughtful and friendly.

Fantastic experience! - This was an amazing experience. The boat was immaculately clean, great vibes! The crew were fantastic from checking in on everyone, organising everything brilliantly and providing a beautiful bbq and setting for lunch. Would recommend this to anyone. Definitely worth the money.

Wonderful Tour of the Algarve Caves - We had an absolutely fabulous experience on this tour! The captain and crew were very friendly and accommodating. They provided information on the beautiful formations and caves along the coast. The BBQ on the beach was fun and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this tour!

Definitely worth the money specially if it’s a nice day - Excellent experience crew were brilliant even saw the dolphins which was a plus the scenery was amazing and the caves luckily we had the weather too

Fantastic day - A fabulous day was had by all 4 of us!...Would highly recommend this trip...The caves were beautiful...The beach atop was beautiful and also the food!!! Thankyou to Captain Ricardo Raphael and the gorgeous gill😍They couldn't do enough for us and always put our safety first!

Amazing from start to finish - Absolutely amazing trip, can’t fault it, from the organized queuing system, no problems except one little thing, could the music be a little louder, 🎶 well done to Mara Catamaran and the lovely polite crew 👍🏻 👏

Try somewhere else - Pros
Scenery is lovely.
Food was nice and plentiful.
Crew spoke fluent English, French and Portuguese.
Very helpful at getting people on and off.
Cons
concerning to see raw chicken placed next to cooked on BBQ and then the cooked chicken touched with same gloved hand that picked up the raw.
No cups left for a second drink and then charged for drinks back on boat!
Suddenly, after paying for drinks free ‘sparkling wine’ went round. It was interesting to see 2 scantily clad girls young enough to be crew’s daughters and their 3 friends having several refills, which were not offered to anyone else. Not a great look. These kind of trips are usually very good at including everyone.
Music; when played, was on loop, an awful Jamiroqui album!
Captain was miserable.
Price of drinks 2.50 and crisps 2.50 😳
Frankly, we were bored, not up to usual catamaran standard.
Most worrying of all - not enough life jackets. 4-5 dinghy rides to take everyone from boat to beach with life jackets having to be returned for next lot of passengers. Really worrying.
We had used this company before and it’s sad to see it’s gone so downhill.
