Best activity we did in the Algarves!!! - The best thing we did in the Algarves! We had the legendary “Flying Dutchman” who lived up to his deserved reputation as the best cave tour guide in the Algarves. We went out on a choppy day, they actually cancelled the tour for children and anyone who wanted a refund or wanted to reschedule. I appreciated they gave the option for those that wanted an easier ride and showed they were very aware of any safety concerns. We went ahead and LOVED the tour!!! He was very informative and kept the energy up through the trip. He made the riders feel comfortable and provided excellent tips on where to take photos once back on land, good options for restaurants and beaches. The boat was by far the best option, I was watching the other tours around us, the bigger boats couldn’t get deep in the caves like the smaller more maneuverable boat we were on. The tour was amazing!!! Worth every penny. Highly recommend!!! It was difficult to find the meet up location. Yes, it’s on the Marina, but not near the restaurants, you have to go all the way down to the end of the strip, where the large bowling pin is and then head out to the docks, there is a line of little huts with flags selling these tours. Once we found it everything was smoothing sailing!

Amazing trip - We had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly especially Magherina and christiano. We managed to see 8 dolphins and the caves were beautiful.

Family boat trip - Amazing trip out to the caves today, so fortunate to see the dolphins 🐬 The two lads Duego antis captain, pardon my spelling, where hilarious and made the trip so fun. Lots of belly laughs where had ☺️

Loved it! - This was amazing! Everything lived up to our expectations. The caves are beautiful. The staff, Johnny and Orlando were very good guides and made every effort to search for the dolphins, and we were lucky enough to see some!

Right amount of beauty and adventure - This experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Algarve. Our captain was Cristiano and our guide was Gabriel. They made our trip unforgettable, we just got the right amount of interesting information about the cities and caves. Gabriel made the whole trip very funny and fun. We were lucky, that we saw dolphins! But even without the dolphins it would have been a great trip, this was the first moment, where we realized that Portugal is a hidden gem and has lots of beautiful “private” beaches and caves. Much more natural beauties than I expected. Amazing. We even had the opportunity to dip in the water, but as I did not read about this in the previous reviews I was not prepared and did not put on bathing suits.

Fun excursion! We had the best crew! - Had a great time made very fun by Anton and Captain. We didn’t see dolphins but I imagine it’s more rare than common. They do coordinate and triangulate with other boats but “a storm off the coast of Morocco kept them away”. The caves and views were spectacular!!!

Great experience - We got there in plenty of time and it seemed well organised as there’s loads of companies doing the same thing. We had the Flying Dutchman as a guide and Yogy as the driver. Both very informative and funny with the jokes. We went out to find the Dolphins first we saw around 3 surfacing and then returned to shore for the caves. Lots of boats hustling for positions but we saw the caves but couldn’t go right in because of low tide. The guide showed us loads of other caves and beaches and where to eat. Very safety conscious with life jackets issued to all. We stopped in a bay for a swim but this is the Atlantic in May so only 3 had the swim. Just over 2.5 hours well worth it.

Awesome tour! - This tour was awesome! The hosts were fun and informative. We saw beautiful dolphins as well as the caves. We enjoyed the tour.

Book it ;) - Do NOT hesitate to book. It really was an amazing experience from start to finish. Arlo (The Flying Dutchman) and Diego knew so much and really made the trip. What a job, and what an office! They really were the perfect duo. We saw dolphins, amazing caves, Arlo surfed some great waves and even managed to stay dry!!! Amazing family memories made, and thanks also for taking some amazing photos. My hubby was even treated to a beer! Happy times and a trip well worth booking. Amazing value for money ;)
