Unavoidable - An essential trullo because the only one to be equipped with one floor. The interior layout gives a very precise idea of life at the time. We speak French at reception.

amazing - We visited this museum, so we could learn more about the history of Alberobello. The museum is definitely worth a visit: The museum shows what life was like in the 1800s, complete with antique furniture. It's interesting

Two story Trullo - The Trullo Sovrano is two-story trullo house that is now a museum. While in Alberobello, I met a woman, now in her 70s, who was born in the house. The first floor bedroom still has family pictures. The cost of the ticket is worth the visit. The house is filled with artifacts and each has a written explanation. It can be crowded with visitors and the climb to the second floor has a narrow staircase. There is also a good book store on the first floor where you can purchase books about the area in many languages.

The great trullo! - The largest trullo that belonged to a wealthy family. Well kept, on two floors with original furnishings, it also has a small garden

Worth the walk uphill! - Visited this trullo, which has a small admission fee, the biggest in Alberobello You can see how it was originally furnished, with many artefacts and learn about life in the trullo. It is the only one which has two liveable floors. Interesting and worth the visit.

Worth the small admission fee.... - The only two storey trulli is situated away from the main area of densely packed trulli buildings. When we arrived in Alberobello we initially thought that this was kind of “it” until we walked further down the hillside & were met by the amazing sight of the actual trulli village....spectacular! Do take your time to look at this little museum before you head off to the main area because it’s restored inside & gives you a good insight in to what life was like living in such a place. In addition this part of Alberobello is less tacky, less of a tourist trap than the part closer to the main trulli village.

Interesting to get inside the only two storey trullo - This trullo was built in the 18century and furnished accordingly. It’s fascinating to see how much space there was in this trullo in the downstairs, and then ascend to see the two top rooms. An interesting insight into this trullo for a genteel inhabitant.

Should have gone to museum instead - The trullo is particular by its size and beautiful. Howeven, I tought we would not only have information about this trullo but also about trullos in general. It was not the case. Informations is a little bit uninteresting according to me... some descriptions about what they eat, where they sleep, etc.
