The event is hosted at the residence of a certified Wine Taster affiliated with ONAV (the National Organization of Wine Tasters in Italy).
During your visit with the host, you will:
- Acquire essential wine tasting skills to identify, comprehend, and savor the various flavors and scents.

Enjoy a selection of 6 distinct local wines, learning about their distinct profiles.
The wine tasting includes: Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Roero Arneis, Chardonnay, Brachetto d’Acqui, Malvasia (or comparable wines).
The wines you taste will be matched with the best regional delicacies, meticulously selected to enhance the taste: an assortment of cured meats and cheeses or vegetarian starters.

In collaboration with your host, you will:
- Acquire the basics of wine tasting to identify, comprehend, and relish its varied tones and smells.
- Sample 6 distinct regional wines: Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Roero Arneis, Chardonnay, Brachetto d’Acqui, Malvasia (or similar wines).
The wines will be matched with local gourmet food, meticulously selected to enhance the tastes: a spread of cold cuts and cheese or vegetarian starters.
If you’re unable to finish the wine during the tasting, fret not… You can take the remaining home and savor it at your leisure!
You’ll be indulging in an exclusive private experience. Your host will lucidly explain all intricacies, qualities, and fascinating facts about the wines in a cozy and intimate atmosphere.
