Great service mindedness, fun experience and fair pricing - Very decent and honest company. The owner, Bilal, gave us a very good service at fair prices. He also followed up with us and made sure everything goes as planned and that we are satisfied after all.

Okay ish - The trip was quite hectic, we were informed at short notice the pickup time had been changed to an hour earlier. When we finally arrived in at Alanya, we were waiting for about an hour on the beach to transfer to the top before parasailing, which was more about taking videos and pictures as opposed to trying to enjoy the experience. Followed by a smooth landing and then trying to sell the videos and pictures at quite extortionate prices ....

Very disappointing experience for me - Overall a very disappointing experience. I have only ever booked 1 tour before with 1 or 0 reviews and it turned out to be the best experience. Sadly it was not the case here. I messaged the day before to verify the pickup time of 10am on the website. No, we would be picked up at 9am. Lucky I checked. On the day we waited from 8.40am to ensure we were not late. At 9.10am I checked my phone and see a message at 9.11am stating they were late and would be picking us up at 9.45am. I understand there may be some traffic but this was crazy. OK so we waited. Zubir the driver was lovely and conversed a bit in English. The vehicle was a small car rather than minivan which was nice. Only us two on the pickup. This is when I got annoyed. We travelled around 45 mins from Side to Alayna. We arrived at the landing pad and no offer of the toilet or anything, just "give me bag, no smoke, go" by the man in the office. He took our bag and we were walked to the minivan. I have no idea where our bag was put if it was secure etc. Turns out it was a small portacabin thing that was no secure. But we didn't have anything stolen. So good news. We were asked our names by the instructors before getting into the van. But for some reason they never used them? We were just "lady" and "amigo". The journey was fast and winding roads on cliff edges - not one person spoke to us in the van for the 20 mins up the mountain. When we got out there were so many people jumping. On my last one there were only a few of us but it was a constant stream and I wasn't sure where to stand to be out of the way. So the other half flies and he did say he had a really great time with his instructor. Friendly and talkative (as I saw in his video). But mine must have been in a bad mood. It took 3 attempts to get us in the air. I thought it was a bit of a bad omen to be honest. The final time before takeoff I was told "lady come, chop chop, chop chop". Rude. I wasn't going to step onto people's parachutes and the harness they give you restricts walking ability. This really did annoy me. When in the air he said the wind was strong so he needed to concentrate. OK. So then Suddenly the helmet comes off and I'm asked to pose and smile for photos. I tried my best here. But I was just so annoyed with the situation as a whole. When we landed - amid the mass of people who were standing on the landing pad (safety?). We were brought to the cabin where we were reunited with our bag (hurrah). But were instantly asked if we wanted photo or video for €50. Best price €40 blah blah. Not that we were shown any prior to being asked. They go straight to your phone. After he loaded the content and we were waiting to pay by card we were asked if we wanted a transfer back to the hotel. Well of course? We had been sat here for 30 mins and told the card machine was coming. It didn't. The driver took us to a petrol station and we paid there (their other office apparently) bit strange. So what annoyed me: The rush and herding us like cattle to get it over and done with so they could sell us photos of us having a "good time". Potentially due to the lateness of the driver? (Not my problem) The absolute worst person to be customer facing was the guy in reception. Absolutely no skills whatsoever and just came across as a guy with small man syndrome. Booked in English. Very limited English by all. Hardly any conversation or rapport building. Didn't put me at ease for the jump. Videos and photos were really expensive personally. They take around 300 so you get plenty but it's quantity over quality for most. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone english. It feels like maybe they would have been better with Germans or Russians? One of the worst I have been on. Hopefully it was just a bad day for all and it's not usually like this. The saving grace was the great views over Alayna.
