Definitely something to try if in Alayna. - We visited as a group of 4. The sultan program A foam bath. Massage. Face mask and a hot stone therapy’ This has to be one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had So relaxing. Very friendly staff A clean stress free area.

Amazing Experience - The most amazing experience. I had a plan and during my holiday I had hot stone massages, a Hamam ( Turkish bath ) and a few facials which were wonderful. It was good value and would highly reccommend this Spa- Fabulous!

Absolutely fantastic spa experience - We booked this spa and massage session on Viator.com and for some reason it never showed our hotel as a pickup point, however the lovely people at the Orient Spa got in touch and advised we were over 25km away, they agreed to still send us a driver to pick us up even though we were well outside of their normal pick up area. My wife and I upgraded our spa session to the Cleopatra and were greeted by two lovely masseuses from Thailand. We were treated to a great exfoliating session and foam bath massage followed by a traditional Thai massage and facial. The experience was absolutely fantastic and we would highly recommend this establishment. When we left the one of the owners also gave us a lift back to our hotel which again was 25km away. We have a lovely conversation on the way back and a very nice end to a great day. A big thanks to all the staff at the Oriental Spa for such a great experience.

Don't waste your money on poor business practices - Our Cruiseship cancelled the port in Alayna so we were unable to dock and visit the spa. We've requested an exception to the cancellation policy from the spa and Viator. We were told to wait 48 hours and still no response. The thing is, we booked the night prior and so we would have been a pop up spa appointment. The Spa never CONFIRMED or acknowledged our appointment and our cancellation. A refund should be granted for weather out of our control. I guess the other reviews are correct, they are only out for tourist money and not the experience.

Dreadful Management 😂😂😂 - Girls are lovely, didn’t like the way Management entered the room to literally con us out as a Family to have further treatment done , he has a planned sentence that he says to the group, when you want to discuss with the family he will do his best to distract you … Then mention how much we pay in the UK as if this has anything to do with him 😂 If you’re planning to visit here I’d think twice horrendous Management
