Paragliding Alanya - Was wicked from start to finish, picked up from hotel, there was 3 of us. The guides explained this perfect, there was roadworks so also had a safari buggy which was cool too. Once up there my leader was class and all of them were to be honest. Its a must do if you here

Awesome flight! - The activity was organized very well from start to finish. The flight was awesome! The views from the top hit differently. My pilot had years of experience, which automatically reassures you that you’re in good hands. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an adrenaline rush!

The experience was amazing I think it’s to do once in a lifetime. - The view was amazing and the photos quality and the staff were super friendly. If it was to be done again I will do it again. Thanks to Eric for his kindness and professionalism even though my friend did not speak English at all

Unexpected incidentals - True several unexpected besides tasting. First of all, nowhere was described that the entry costs 20€/person, then there are the photo/video prices which are unusually high only photos or videos 50€/person photos and videos 75€/person and photos and videos with 360 degrees photos 100€/person we got a coupel price for everything for 150€ but they gave that as Turkish líra which ended up being 170€.... The “flight” was maximum 10 minute it true gorgeous and our pilot true mega nice, but if for us the cost had been conscious we would not have booked. The German guide could hardly speak German and everyone else knew the English language halfway. True a nice experience but very poor value for money.

Aggressive thieves but fun activity - Driver on time at the hotel. Don't wait for 6 and 8 year olds to get attached before starting. Very uncautious way of driving, respects no traffic rules, drives at 130 instead of 70. We have to wait 40 minutes in their office before going up the hill for weather reasons, which is quite normal. Briefing OK during that Waiting time. Then, at the last moment, they tell us that we have to pay the 20€ tax (as indicated in the booking). Except that the booking indicates 1 fee of 20€ per booking, and they, charge 20€ per person. In addition, they are putting pressure on them by saying that for safety reasons, we must go immediately! So pay it fast and then go for it. Even better, it is not possible to pay by card in euros, but only in Turkish lira. Except they take an exchange rate of 60, whereas the exchange offices are at a maximum of 45. So, for 3 people, it will cost us 80€, plus the banking commission. As a reminder, the price of the activity (for 3) is 74€). They take it hard that I ask why pay 3x20€ when it is not what is indicated, and tell me that it is too late to pay and that we have to take the next transport. We left the hotel at 9.20am, arrived at the 'office' around 10am and it is now past noon. We end up paying, hoping it will help us get on the next bus. The second transport arrives and other people (arrival 1 hour later than us) go there and I am told that there is no more room... Well, yes, I'm told that one of us 3 (between my 2 daughters of 6 and 8 years old and me) can go and that the other 2 will go after... unreal. I'm begging them to let us on this bus and other people are waiting, nothing does. We dare not leave to go for something to eat, for fear of missing the next transport. It's 1:30 and we still haven't eaten anything, I explain to them that this is no way to treat people, let alone children. They get angry thinking I'm insulting them and one of them even tells me to leave! So alone in the middle of the city, with no activity, no shuttle back and no doubt no refund. I calm the game down to get back on a good footing. The manager tells me that you have to be stupid not to read the terms, that they don't do this for the money, that it's not their fault, that his wife waits for him every day when he gets home from work, that I must not deprive my children of this experience. Lunar. Deaf talk, which makes no sense but is well-honed because it changes the subject quickly when I ask why they take an exchange rate 30% higher than the prevailing rate, when, so to speak, they are not interested in money. After 14 hours, they try to buy the children with unripe fruit and ice cream to camouflage their deceit and dishonesty. Fortunately there is free access to a toilet and water fountain! 3pm, we literally rush on the 3rd bus. We get upstairs and prepare. First attempt at takeoff, a gale brings us back, impossible for me to move, between the harness, the tandem pilot attached to me and the wind. However, the guy blows, bitches, pesters heavily in Turkish before coming after me telling me that I had not walked well... How could I have, my feet were no longer touching the ground. Anyway. Fortunately, the flight was really a crazy experience that made me forget the previous misadventures. Back at the office, we have to wait for each family to look at all their photos before passing. It's 4:30. I have to insist on finally getting through. Obviously, the photos taken by them, are charged at 100€ per person (at their exchange rate, that's close to 130€). Finally, he tells me OK 200€ for us 3. I say it's still a lot, he tells me OK for 150€ (but I mustn't tell anyone). So, for the €20 fee, I negotiate (because they lie openly) and get insulted. And here we can negotiate!? I get lost (and maybe that's the point). I end up paying €100 just for the girls' pictures. When it comes to paying, he tells me they have a transaction fee, so they'll add about $5 to the rating. It's totally stratospheric. When the pictures are over, I ask when we can be taken back to the hotel. They say, "Okay, I'll call them." 5:20, the guy's finally coming. We were ready at 9:20, there was 2 times 35 minutes drive and 1 hour of activity (plus the 40min delay 'weather'), which was to bring us back to the hotel before noon. We were back at 6pm and the hotel activities and pools were already finished/closed. So we lost a day's vacation to be robbed and insulted. Once again, fortunately the 12-minute flight was breathtaking and I will only remember the look of my daughters during and after the flight itself.
