Perferct tour - The highlight was the crater of the Poas Volcano, which appeared when the clouds opened up for a few seconds at a time. The many educational nature experiences at La Paz Waterfall Gardens were the best combination I know of in one place, with the stairs along the unique waterfalls in the country. I know of in one place, with the stairs along the waterfalls unique in the country. The Doka Cafe Estate was also excellent, completing the variety that made the tour worthwhile. Our bilingual guide Hayro, was excellent in his knowledge to impart on what we were seeing, in his good humor that kept us engaged and his attention to our individual needs. My only quibble was the difficulty in finding our pick-up point, as we were not staying at one of the hotels listed. one of the hotels listed. But we coordinated by mail and everything was arranged well. My phone calls to the number provided online connected me to an agent very quickly.

Fantastic place !!!!! - It was an excellent day and one of my favorite excursions. We started the day by visiting the Doka coffee plantation. During the visit to the plantation you learn a lot about the ancient techniques to produce one of the best coffees. It was very educational. Afterwards we had an excellent breakfast and headed to the Poas Volcano. I was lucky enough to see it and also the lagoon on a sunny day and it was very beautiful. To end the day we went to La Paz waterfall. Beautiful with trails surrounded by vegetation. I am very satisfied with the service provided by this company and I want to thank our guide Alejandro. He was a very professional guide and kept us entertained throughout the day.

Worth the visit but overpriced - Places were lovely and worth a visit, especially the waterfalls. National park is a short visit so makes sense to combine with the waterfalls. Tour was not a small group tour - 26 people plus the guide and driver on a packed bus. Couldn't hear guide easily with so many people and there was a lot of waiting (for everything) due to group size. Lunch not good and 30 minutes wait in line due to numerous tour groups. Every company seems to go to the exact same place so can't see why this one charged $30-40 more than competitors. I chose it because it said it was max 20 people on Viator, which was not correct. Also no wi-fi on board and two families with disruptive younger kids not wearing masks.

Very slow - Very slow spent over 4 hours for pickup and drop offs. Felt at times like we were a taxi service having to go out of the way to pick up and drop off people not on our tour. Great sites however would book something more direct and smaller next time.
