With our 24-hour hop on hop off ticket, explore Al Madinah’s hotspots from the comfort of our iconic open-top, double-decker tour buses! With 11 tour stops across the 2 routes, there’s no better way for tourists to see the city’s best sights including the Al Baqee, Almasged Alnabwi and Al-Noor Mall. As you travel, you can also enjoy panoramic views from the bus’ open-top deck, and learn all about Al Madinah’s history and culture from the wonderful onboard audio commentary!

- Please note, stop 11 (Hijaz Railway Museum) is currently inaccessible due to construction work. There is also no access to the museum itself
- Temporary operating schedule until Wednesday 10th April:
- AM Shift: First tour departs at 5:30am, last tour departs at 10:30am
- PM Shift: First tour departs at 9pm, last tour departs at 2am

Lovely experience made very enjoyable by our guide - Amazing experience. We went from Jeddah by bullet train. It took us 2 hours. Our guide was excellent and showed as around the holy site and took us to a farm for tea.

Enjoy the ride - Nice tour with voice guide for many countries can listen. the bus have 2 storey and you can stay upper floor and can get open air and enjoy the ride. price at SAR 80 per person you can use for 24 hours. We stopped by at Uhud to visit Hamzah Graveyard of Uhud Battle and see the beautiful mountain of heaven. in addition we visit Mosque Quba. one of famous heritage place for Moslem people.

Try it when you are in Madinah - Useful to get to some attractions even though the route looks a bit odd as it unnecessarily goes around Al Haram. Stops at shopping malls also are questionable but overall a nice way to go around Madinah considering the traffic jam in the city (hard to call Kareem)

Not agree - It’s something expensive to buy specially travelling, rooms for haji, buy gifts too expensive…!
Kindly it’s a humble request to government to keep a eye on seller points., and also why we have to pay tax for every buy

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME - Such a Waste Of money, Bus is not frequant even though, they say it will come every hour, and it will not stop all they places they say, very bad customer service. just get a local guy they will do a better job for a good price. Please do not waste your money on this.

Not worth it!!! - Unorganized tour. Bus doesn't run on a schedule, you just catch it if you can. There is no guide. Terrible customer service. You can get a better tour deal from the locals here.

Better to hire a taxi / car for few hour with the English spoken driver he will be a guide too. - Unbelievably, bad experience on 12/26/2023. I came out off the bus but supervision told we will get the place to sit and then We will be able to listen the guide’s words. But before we get the place a metallic wheel chair fell down and my son was lucky not to get broken his bones. Then I decided to get down off the bus and give Sadaqa (charity).
I have spent few hours to get into the bus when I got success, I experience very bad.
The tel # online was not working. I do not want to discourage any Visitors but save your life. If you can’t have a seat , you can’t hear the guide. It’s useless to pay high amount to buy the ticket.
The next day I hired a taxi for few hours. He was my guide and driver then dropped me at hotel. My family members were very happy by this experience.

Disappointing experience - My experience was disappointing. The bus was frequently stuck in traffic during most of the trip, and we ended up passing the same sights multiple times. The commentary didn't align well with the locations, and the information provided could have been more informative and valuable. Furthermore, the cost was 80 riyals per passenger, and the ticket was valid for 24 hours.

Worst sighting seeing bus tour - Complete throw away of money. The audio system doesn’t work. I tested it from multiple seats. Even when a lone voice does come, it doesn’t represent the story of where the bus is going through rendering one completely confused. The stops are quite far away from actual landmarks. Not worth it all , please spend your money somewhere else

Bad experience - I am totally disappointed with this service. We wanted to use the service on Wednesday the 25th of October in Madina and after waiting almost 1 hour the bus finally came (around 01:00 pm) and told me that they have a break between 01:00 and 04:00 pm so if I dropped off in any station I will need to wait 4 hours 🤯 and because it was our last day in Madina we just sat in the bus and were not able to check any of the stations (except one for 10 minutes) additionaly wifi was also not working in the bus as announced.
Hint: i bought my ticket online and it didn’t mention anything about this break, but that it is valid from 6:30 to 22:30.
I don’t recommend using it
