Excellent - I booked a transfer from Akureyri airport to the hotel with Sysli. The driver was waiting outside with a sign with my name on it, directly in my view as we came out of the terminal. Very friendly and helpful. Booking was simple, and it was well worth it.

Transfer by bus from/to airport to city hotel (Berjaya) - not the private transfer - We booked this online before travelling to Akureyri. Bus was waiting right outside the airport door and the transfer took about 15-20 minutes to the Berjaya Hotel (the bus stop is 60m from the hotel). We booked the return journey and were picked up bang on time at the bus stop on the opposite side of the road to when we arrived. We had excellent communication directly from Sysli regarding our bookings both before, during and after our trip. Would definitely use again as the taxi's were much more expensive in comparison.
