No stress tour - Very easy to join alongside the ship location. Commentary and driving both very good. An hour at the waterfall and a scenic drive back with a stop for photos. Highly recommended.

Good tour guide- check-in needs some improvement. - Overall, this tour delivered what it promised — we got to see the falls, the guides were kind, and the experience itself was fine in the end. However, the organization and communication at the start really missed the mark. We arrived an hour early at the booth, hoping to make sure our group of six (including four 80-year-olds with mobility concerns) could sit together. Unfortunately, the staff at the booth didn’t speak English well and simply told us to wait on the side. Boarding began behind us, and when we were finally waved onto the bus at the very last minute, we were placed on an extremely old substitute van because the original bus had broken down. This forced us to split our party, and volunteers had to shuffle around to make it work — not an ideal start for elderly travelers. The guide on the substitute bus did his best and was very sweet, but the main, more knowledgeable guide was on the other bus. I only got to experience him on the return trip, where he was excellent. The biggest frustration was timing: the buses didn’t actually keep us together as advertised. My bus was returning at 12:30 while my parents’ bus returned at 1:00, due to the mix-up of people being placed on the wrong buses earlier. While the timing didn’t ultimately cut our day short, it could have easily been avoided if boarding had been handled more smoothly. Tip for future travelers: If you’re booking with this company at this port, keep in mind that as soon as you come off the ship, there are about 10 booths lined up and they are one of them. Look up the company’s emblem ahead of time so you know exactly what to look for. The directions didn’t mention a booth, and since this was an excursion booked outside the ship, this detail might help others find it quickly. In the end, we still enjoyed the falls, and the shorter tour length was a good choice compared to longer cruise excursions. But the ground management and communication definitely left room for improvement. With better organization at check-in, this could have been a five-star experience.

Not at port of Husvik - Meet up point is 45 minutes from port of Husvik. When looking for tours in Husvik this tour came up; a bit misleading.
