A "must-see" in Iceland - The tour was very nice, with an imposing and beautiful waterfall. Afterwards there was enough time to explore the city.

Great Wxcursion - The falls were beautiful and a short drive from the pier. The meeting location was very easy to find which was a huge bonus for us. The guide was enjoyable and the scenery to and from the waterfall was stunning. It was a short excursion which allowed us plenty of time to enjoy the town before having to get back to the ship. Highly recommend.

Good trip and friendly guide - Good sights to see on way to the waterfall. Guide very informative and the driver very friendly. Breathtaking view of the waterfall. I struggled a little walking from car park to the waterfall as I walk with a walking stick but was well worth it. The hotel provided coffee and a cake and a toilet break. There is also a cafe but you had to pay for refreshments and also the toilet. They dropped people at the Botanical Gardens on way back to the ship which is free and then a walk back to the port

Nice waterfall. - Tour guide was actually from Iceland which was a bonus. Great safe bus driver. Beautiful waterfall. You have to pay for the bathroom at the one stop. They’ll leave you at the forest lagoon or downtown if you want to get off there which was nice.

Tour guides great, waterfall ok - The tour operators were fantastic and flexible to the needs of the people taking the tour. They were incredibly knowledgeable and interesting. The only reason it’s a 4 out of 5 is because an hour is probably too long to hang out at the waterfall. It’s pretty, but not pretty enough to stare at for an hour. I f there was something else to do, that would be better. No complaints about the tour operators or the guides, though.
