great experience with alex!! - Super fun and Alex was a really good tour guide who you can clearly see lives and breathes nature
Bring water shoes and bring a waterproof pouch for your phone
Went with my family, parents who are 63 and did fine. The snorkeling takes a second to get used to if you haven't done it before but they both got used to it. Make sure you ask them to help you adjust your mask so it doesn't leak water.
Some things to improve:
1. spend 5 minutes in beginning to help people get their masks on properly and teach how to snorkel in water with the group and check if mask is working. we didn't know how to snorkel and felt it went a bit fast.
2. its a bit sharp in the cave, people should be warned and careful as they swim

Great guides, beautiful Bay Area, cool cenote - We saw over a dozen turtles and lots of different fish. Cenote was cool as well!
Alex was an awesome guide and taught us a lot about local nature/wildlife. Alex was very patient and seems like a great human being!

Incredible day — turtles, cenotes, and even a stingray! - This was such an amazing experience from start to finish! Our guide (Alex) and driver were absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe in the water.
Snorkelling with the turtles was incredible, and we even spotted a stingray gliding by, which was such a cool surprise! The water was crystal clear, and we saw plenty of colourful fish too.
The cenotes were stunning — peaceful, refreshing, and so unique. Each one had its own vibe, and swimming in them felt magical after being in the ocean.
We purchased our photos (a bundle of them) for $1000 pesos (£40).
Everything was super well-organized, and the whole day ran smoothly. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip — highly recommend this tour! 🌴✨

Fun in the sun and cenotes! - Had a great morning with the Blue Caribe team! Got picked up from our resort and brought to the turtles! Angel and Alex were great with helping us spot all the different sea creatures and checked in with us frequently to make sure everyone was doing well durning the swim!
After the turtles we were taken to the Cenotes which were so neat to see! Alex led the way for this one and was very knowledgeable about the history of the cenotes and very happy to share his love of all the creatures and places we were shown through out our time with him! Great job to you guys and we will definitely be booking with Blue Caribe again for other excursions!

A must do trip - We were picked up promptly as expected. Great experience being able to view the turtles in their natural environment, felt very lucky to see so many given the rain and lightening! We were even given a small snack once we left the beach ro jeep us going. The Cenote was beautiful with amazing clear water. Alex was very informative and friendly ensuring everyone was safe, comfortable and able to ask questions. Plenty of pictures taken at both locations by the staff members you are able to purchase the digital copies for $40.

Turtles and cenote excursion mexico - Had an amazing experience doing the turtles and cenote excursion. Maria our guide was very passionate and knowledgeable. She added to the experience with her enthusiasm and enjoyment of her job, she took time to make sure my wife was able to enjoy both the turtles and cenote due to being clostrophobic. The excursion is one of the best we have done and this is our 3rd time in Mexico. Well worth the money for a very enjoyable day,

Turtles, Cenote, Amazing Guide Oto! - It was an absolutely amazing experience! Our guide, Oto, is very knowledgeable about the turtles and Cenote. He was so much fun and made sure each one of us in the group had an amazing experience! We did the full day and it was totally worth it! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because it definitely deserves that!!!
