Lots of fun! - Lots of fun! Great snorkelling with the sea turtles and amazing to explore the Cenote. Nico was a great guide — very patient and very knowledgeable!

Amazing tour w amazing guides! - The tour was great, both the turtle snorkeling and the denote tour. Max was amazing especially helping our 4 year old, and Flavio was a tire fixer and driver extraordinaire! Would 100% recommend them and go again!

Highly recommend - Juan was an excellent host. He was patient and explained everything thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. We are beginner snorkelers and he taught us what to do. The cenote was cool and we saw stingrays and turtles while snorkeling. Communication with this tour was excellent - sending us reminders and a message when our pick up time changed slightly. Highly recommend!

Worth the money - Good combination trip. Only downside is the number of people snorkeling at the same time. From other tours. The cenote experience is excellent.

Wonderful half day excursion - Great half day adventure! Started with snorkeling in ocean, saw stingrays, sea turtles and fish. Then a short drive to see a cenote with bats! Tour guide, Luisa, and photographer Meli were great! Definitely recommend!

Book it and you won’t be disappointed!! - I did this tour with my 2 boys (9 & 11). We had an amazing time. Our guide was Daniel San Francisco and he was awesome! He made everyone very comfortable, informed and entertained. He included my boys in everything and really made it a goal to make everyone happy with their experience. My little guy is usually skittish and I thought he would be afraid of the cave (he questioned it a lot) but he jumped in before my older son and I did. He also said if we come back he wanted to do this again!! Book this and you won’t be disappointed at all! Chucho- driver- did a great job! Wendy- photographer- super sweet and did a fantastic job!

Amazing! We got to see bats, turtles, sting rays and more! - Starting from pick up, the driver was a bit late for pick up but we didn’t mind it. The company was quick to reach out and we had enough time to grab a snack because they were very specific with the time and how late they’ll be. The van was very clean and stocked with cold drinks. Our driver was Chuchu Hernandez who kept all our belongings safe and got us to where we needed to go at a great pace. He also hopped out and helped to give snacks and other things! Our guide Daniel was very fun and energetic - always with a laugh and some funny comments. He had a lot of knowledge of cenotes and made sure we see all the animals. We are not that strong swimmers and he made us feel very safe, always checking in to see if we are okay. The photographer was Wendy who sent around 66 photos for around $55 for a couple. It was a great deal because it allowed us to travel without our phones and freely experience and enjoy. We rarely even realized she was there taking the photos. We had some designated photo spots and they all came out amazing. Very clear quality. Additionally the entire tour was coordinated very well from start to finish. The snacks were also yummy - empanadas were good! And everything was very smooth sailing from jumping off the boats to snorkel to showering after when we were back to go to the cenotes. Very fun day - went by quick!

Turtle fun!! - Sophie and Miguel were amazing… we saw lots of turtles and stingrays, so incredible. Such a fun day… thank you!!

Fun for the family - For snorkeling, the water was murkier than expected but we did see some turtles and our tour guide was very skillful, safety-conscious, and friendly, even pulling my wife along in a float-ring (we all also had life jackets on). The cenote cave tour was amazing and we really had fun at that. Our only real disappointment was that we were picked up late which then caused the tour guides to have to rush us through the snorkeling part of the tour. Of course, things happen and the guides were apologetic but the tour company could have given us a partial refund, but did not. In any case, overall it was a good time but there were some surprises that caused the tour to go less smoothly than many other tours we have had, so to be fair a 3.5 star rating is how we rate this one.

A little rushed but a good tour - The pickup time was scheduled for 8:25 am, but delayed to 9 am due to a flat tire. I understand that things happen, but when we got to the site of snorkeling with sea turtles we were rushed through to make up time, which was very disappointing. The snorkeling itself was fun and our guide was very helpful and skilled. The water was murky and it was not easy to see the turtles, but we enjoyed it. But, the second part of the tour, underground Cenote, was really fun. Again, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and nice. Snack was great. Overall a good time and we are glad we did the tour but there were a couple of hiccups that made our day a little less ideal than expected.
