tulum, akumal, & tacos - we absolutely have loved all 3 different tours (chichen itza, tulum, and coba) we have done with BTM and used their tour guide salvador for each one! first off he’s amazing and my kids and husband and i had a blast spending time with him and getting to know him and having him show us around. he always showed up on time in a clean van with plenty of cold water. what i love is that they will modify any tour you want or change out a cenote for a different one or combine anything if it works out! and salvador took care of any of the exchanges or payments needed to be made. everything went smoothly. our tulum tour guide was right there for us and we just walked right in with him without having to wait. tulum ruins is the most beautiful and breathtaking ruins i have ever seen especially with them right along the cliffs edge. the scenery is amazing and listening to the history from our tour guide was fascinating. after that we went to akumal to snorkel instead of cenotes. my youngest is 4 and she did amazing. salvador attached a rope to a life buoy that she just held onto and he pulled her around. we saw turtles, tons of colorful fish, and stingrays. after that we got the best tacos that was on the show taco chronicles. it was a perfect day!! i completely recommend this tour company and ask for salvador!

Tulum Tour - Highly recommend this company! They were incredibly professional and Josh was a dream. Our family was lucky enough to spend 2 days with him for both the zip-lining and Akumal snorkeling. We felt very well taken care of while learning so much about the area. Please book with them - you won’t regret it.

Fantastic tour, fantastic guide! - We had a fantastic experience on our private tour of Akumal and a Cenote. Salvador was an excellent guide, being an incredibly likable, interesting and knowledgeable person. He was utterly engaging and we found him a perfect guide. The pace of the day was great. Long enough at each sight to feel satisfied without overstaying. Salvador also modified the tour to our needs as he learned more about us throughout the time together. We would do another tour with this business any time at all and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a particularly wonderful experience! We are a couple who are empty nesting and traveling on our own.

Great for families - Our family of 13 really enjoyed this tour! We have all ages with us from grandparents to toddlers and everyone had fun! Our tour guide (Leo) was knowledgeable and fun and he was so great with the kids! We already booked a second tour with him for this trip!

Best Private Tour! - Great experience! Our driver, Omar, was experienced and knowledgeable. We had VIP entry and private boat with swim guide in Akumal. Swam with sea turtles, sting rays, puffer fish and so much more through the coral areas and grassy areas where the turtles were feeding. Then drove inland to a cenote in Coba, which was phenomenal! Omar had additional equipment (underwater flashlights, GoPro, etc) to enhance it all! Went to a rural Mayan Village for a private homemade lunch which was delicious. And then stopped at roadside Starbucks for a margaritas! Fabulous day!!

excellent - Salvador was an excellent guide. I highly recommend asking for him. The trip was excellent clear through to the taco bar we stopped at to eat.

Perfect for family’s - Leo was our guide on a private tour, and we loved him!! I wanted a good family tour for the day to really enjoy our time together. Leo was wonderful with my children and was so helpful. He also was knowledgeable about the area and history of the culture my kids loved learning and experiencing the cenote and akumal. 5 stars!

Akumal and cenotes - Leo is the man! He picked us up from the hotel and took us to see turtles and cenotes. He answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. He took us to a local taco shop in Tulum to top it off. Well worth the money. Thanks, Leo!

Cenote and Snorkel with the Turtles - It was a fantastic day! Courteous and knowledgeable, Leo was a prize! He picked us up in a van, brought us to the above ground cenote where we practiced our snorkeling skills. Our group of 4 all felt well taken care of, especially one person in our party who could not swim. She was totally accommodated by Leo, who, at the beach, brought on an extra person to make sure that she could participate in the swim with the turtles. It was one person’s first time snorkeling and they were very comfortable. Yes, we saw turtles, squid, and lots of other fish. We even saw a stingray. I definitely recommend this tour and our guide.

Leo was an amazing tour... - Leo was an amazing tour guide! He really showed us the beauty of the cenotes. He took us to all the secret spots and made us feel very safe and comfortable. Not to mention he took the best photos of my husband and I. One of the best experiences of Mexico!!!
