When you arrive to Gradišče pri Vipavi from Gradiška Cesta you will have to take the first left (there is a sign - Vina Poljsak). After that turn right behind the first house to the road below a stone wall. Then just follow the road to its destination. Google Maps draws the way incorrectly.

Great wine tasting - Great experience, the owner takes a lot of time and makes the experience something special. We really enjoyed it and the wines were all very good!

Unique tasting experience - Small family winery with quality wines. It was the best tasting we have had in several years. Ambience was a ten. Knowledgeable wine maker.

Friendly owners. Tasteful wine. - On our road trip we stopped by this really nice family owned place. The owner welcomed us and showed us the wine cellar, eventhough we showed up without a notice. We got a wine tasting and presentation of six different wines. Very tasteful and educating for us “not-wine-experts”.

Nice wine tasting - The son of the Poljsak family guided us in the wine celler under the house in the middle of the wine slopes of Vipava. Very nice wines, each one connected with an instrument.

Wine Tasting and Shopping - We had a spontaneous wine tasting at this lovely family run wine estate. The owner was fluent in German which was a plus :). After tasting the superb wines we came back the other day to bring some bottles home - already looking forward to enjoying them. Highly recommended!
