Wine tasting in Aix - Our guide was very knowledgeable and fun. We learned the secrets of Provence wine making, and even though we were late Adrien was accomadating.

Excellent fun tour…beautiful countryside - Pepe our guide made our trip very memorable. He was engaging, knowledgeable and fun! The wineries that we visited (Mas de Cadenet et Gassier) were excellent also. Highly recommended…the wines were fabulous

Great Half Day Wine Tour - This is a great morning tour which takes in two vineyards near Aix. We also stopped briefly to take some photos of the Mont Saint Victoire in the way. Greg was our driver and guide and was very knowledgeable and friendly. As this is a morning tour with the opportunity to sample 9 wines a good tip is to eat breakfast before you go.

Great experience and wonderful guide! - This was an excellent tour of two wineries and the surrounding area. Adrien was an amazing guide - very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I highly recommend.

Pretty day in Provence - very nice way to see the countryside and try some wines. Our guide Ines was very sweet and friendly. The only improvement could have been to add some water and snacks or a stop for food on the way home.

A trip round two vineyards with a sniff of the wine - 9 bottles of wine tasted at two estates. 16 people on the trip we were on but less than 1/2 a bottle of each wine used to serve all 16 people on the trip. So little in each glass and the way the staff poured it to ensure you only got a thimble of each wine was disgusting considering they had taken £80 from each person for the trip. Worst wine tasting trip I have ever been on.

Leaving Aixe-en-Provence disappointed… - We booked a group of 6 to wine taste in Aixe-en-Provence. Unfortunately we got stuck in some bad traffic while on our way to the meeting point, from our stay in St Tropez. About 1.5 hours in advance, we notified the tour operator that we would be 15 mins late. The message we received back was a curt “be on time or we will leave without you as we have set appointments”. We rushed to get to the meeting point, even damaging our car in the process. When we arrived to the meeting point, about 20 mins late, we were disappointed to discover the tour simply left without us. Super upsetting! While I understand the need to be prompt and on time, we felt that it was ridiculous to leave the majority of the group behind (as the tours are designed for 8 people max). We felt the customer service we received was also subpar. When we called the tour operator after being left, the only suggestion they gave was for us to rush and meet the other 2 guests at the next winery in 20 mins before they left again for the final stop. By that point, we felt so stressed and hassled that we decided to not join the tour. Driving ourselves to the wineries would have defeated the purpose of a driver and English speaking guide (which our group paid additionally to have onboard). Ultimately, we spent our afternoon walking around Aix-en-Provence instead - which actually turned out to be lovely, despite the disappointing circumstances of this tour. While we have enjoyed our past Viator excursions, this experience forces me to never book through them again. We felt we paid a lot of money for 2 other people to enjoy our tour. In the future, we will book with other companies (like LivTours), who personalize your experiences with a bit more warmth and customization.
