- Guests should be aware that the Outer Reef Snorkel Adventure is designed for snorkelling. For travellers who cannot swim, the skipper reserves the right to, and may refuse snorkelling in the open water due to safety reasons. We do have an alternative tour, Thundercat, experience Whitsunday Island and Whitehaven Beach along with 2 snorkels near to Hook Island which is suitable for those less confident in the water.
- In the event of inclement weather where it is deemed unsafe to travel to the outer reef, rest assured that we’ll still deliver an exceptional experience by taking you to the inner reef within the picturesque Whitsunday Islands.

Fantastic day out - We did the 9 to 5 tour which had 2 X 40 minute snorkel stops plus whitehaven beach walk. Jarrod, Shannon and Kobe were very knowledgeable and friendly and being in a smaller tour group really helped too.

Snorkelling trip on Tongarra - We toured on Tongarra with Patrick orchestrating. This was the best trip you could ask for. From the moment we were greeted there was a relaxed, fun but professional atmosphere. Any apprehensions were allievated immediately.
This allowed for a truly memorable day. Fun filled from start to finish. Crew were outstanding. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Great Friendly Staff - Very fun and friendly staff. Went to a couple of different snorkeling spots, and saw some great sea life. Lunch was great and they even compensated everyone who purchased food and drinks during the day for Good Friday! What a great group of people!

The best tour I've had in a bloody while - I'll keep it short. One of the best tour experiences I've had worldwide. Professional yet playful, in one of the most amazing places in Australia. Cap Reese and his crew are next level fun and amazing to show your around the islands. Thanks for the great time!

Great trip - Excellent trip out to the reef. Some way to get there but you do see a lot. Trip well run by the Crew (Reece, Abby and Colby(?)). They engaged well with everyone and adjusted the trip where necessary for weather to ensure we all had a great day

Reece, the funniest skipper of whitsunday - We were suppose to go to outer reef but due to weather changed to inner reef. The day did not disappoint, the crew made sure safety first and there were at least 3 people in the sea with us while we were snorkelling. We also went to mantray bay where there were lots of fishes and the crew did fish feeding so we could experience swimming with fish! Finally, our skipper Reece was fantastic and so funny! Really made our day with his great sense of humour. Highly recommended this tour!

Best day trip - I was super impressed with this tour! The reefs were in excellent condition and I thought we had a good balance between the snorkeling and visit to whitehaven beach. The staff were so kind and I enjoyed how they went around to each person to answer any questions/offered to take pictures. The guides had lots of information to share if you had questions and would point out when there was something interesting like sea turtles.

Great snorkeling - Most of the trip was spent getting to and from the snorkeling spots, but once there the snorkeling was great. Saw a turtle and got a picture of a giant clam. They gave snacks and plenty of food for lunch, but you have to buy your own drinks unless you bring your own.

Best day ever - OMG What an incredible day. Can not thank Reece, Jodie and Shannon enough. We had the time of our lives. We saw so much aqua life. Reece took us right along the coast line up close and personal to the beautiful landscapes. Jodie and Shannon were passionate about sharing their knowledge on the area, and the tunes and dancing was a blast. Lunch was delicious and catered for gluten free the best I’ve ever had. Special note to the detail they went to for the safety of all on board. We have already rebooked. 💕

Skipper & crew were the... - Skipper & crew were the best, they had a lot of information about the reefs. Get the float vest at the start before leaving the dock. Even if your a good swimmer this makes floating around the reefs so much easier. We didn't regret paying for this experience.
