• Reclining Buddha Wat Chaiyamangalaram - Wat Chaiyamangkalaram is a Thai Buddhist temple that houses one of the world’s longest reclining Buddha statues, along with several colorful statues of dragons (nagas) and other mythical creatures. Visitors can admire the beautiful and serene third-longest reclining Buddha in the world. Walking around the statue reveals interesting trivia such as “Weekdays” Buddha, the 12 Chinese zodiac Buddhas, and the “Future Buddha” (Maitreya).
• Dharmikarama Burmese Temple - Founded in 1803, Dhammikarama Burmese Buddhist Temple is the oldest Burmese temple in Malaysia, serving as a spiritual and cultural center for the Burmese Buddhist community in the area. The temple showcases traditional Burmese architecture, featuring an intricately designed pagoda, a large standing Buddha statue, and elaborately decorated interiors with gold accents, murals, and shrines.
