Excellent trip - cannot recommend this any more strongly - This was an excellent excursion. I had initially booked this last minute as something else feel through and was a bit on the fence about going. I am so glad I went though. Our driver Rick was an absolute star. Informative, funny, and generally interested in his passengers' wellbeing and comfort. The tour itself stops off at a lot of key locations in the Troodos mountain range and there is ample time to take photographs and explore each stop. The lunch was also good as were the wines at the winery. All in all it was an excellent way to spend a day.

Great Day Out for all - Jeep Safari - Best day out. Our driver and guide Nick is a local and was very passionate about the sites he showed us including some family history. Lovely and unique stops up in the mountains and great fun. The lunch stop was a beautiful taverna and the winery was amazing - our older teens enjoyed it all. Last stop - a dip in sea at Aphrodites Rock.

I gained knowledge and our tour guide was fun, hence making the experience fun. All our questions were answered fully. - Our tour guide named George Michael arrived on time. He introduced himself and was professional right from the start. He explained the program. After we had picked up the rest of our team it was very impressive that he knew all our names 👏🏼 We all felt we were treated equally. He was very knowledgeable and his professionalism showed throughout the day.

Troodos mountains…. Just do it 😀 - While not sure what to expect ,I can now say we throughly enjoyed our day out with Vassos from Daktari Excursions . Fabulous day out sight seeing and Vassos knowledge is exceptional and answers all questions without hesitation. Such a wonderful chap. I’m not going to spoil your trip in saying what he does but will say, it’s not a white knuckle ride ..it’s a pleasant journey with a skilled driver. Making you all feel welcome from the word go. The restaurant is maybe the best kept secret of your day…wonderful food and surroundings, we were quite shocked how lovely. Vassos you did yourself proud and thankyou for a truly memorable day out, never to be forgotten.

Jeep safari - Our driver, Andreas was so witty and knowledgeable. Plus, a great driver. Fab tour, fab hotel where we stopped for excellent lunch, with wine! We all had a great day.

A must, Great day out! - Great day out, Debbie was our driver / guidé, she shared lots of information throughout the trip and made everyone very welcome and relaxed. The trip itself is a must, several great stops of interest. Would highly recommend!

Vassos was fun! - Vassos made an effort to be funny and friendly. Really liked the off road section. Could be improved by making it a bit shorter and having more time in the village.

+ Great tour - Bad Customer Service from Viator - I can not fault Vassos our guide. He was amazing, fun, knowable and made the experience. I can though fault the booking company Viator. When I enquired about the excursion I could not find what I was looking for, so I contacted the booking company and conducted a chat to establish what I was looking for. Now this was for mine and my wife's wedding anniversary so I wanted it to be special and had specific requirements. Two of the requirements were to visit Omodos and Kykkos Monastery. Also I was look for a whole day tour including lunch. A price was agreed on and the reservation was booked. All the agreed requirements were included and on the itinerary...... Now come to the day of the tour and we find out that kykkos monastery was not on the itinerary and we were advised that they haven't been going there for years. Instead we went to a winery and did wine tasting. This was very enjoyable but not on our itinerary. On returning to the hotel from the tour I contacted Customer Support for an explanation and maybe a partial refund as the tour which included the visit to the winery was cheaper than what we paid. Only to be told basically they have investigated and there is no refund available. Really good tour and great tour guide, just let down as didn't get to go to the Kykkos Monastery. Lack of customer service

Tour around pathos region - Great day out with Yanni driving the 4x4 Jeep around. He was knowledgable and kept us entertained with the odd amusing story. The stops were fun, a waterfall ( not Niagara ) coffee boiled in the sand ! And the lunch break was lovely. 10 people in the jeep made the journey slightly crowded and even when Yanni mentioned the air conditioning was on ( ie windows are open ) it did make for an uncomfortable journey at times, that’s the only downfall in a decent day out to see other parts of Cyprus other than the beach.

Nice tour but not enough information and guide touring - The monastery was very beautiful. I thought we would have a walk or a mini hike in the Troodos mountain but all we did was drive… it was a little bit disappointing. For the whole tour I would’ve loved that the guide (Eliyas) had given us more info.
