Great trip! - Pick up and drop off were organized well. We got to see the balloons to be inflated, there were so many in the sky! Balloons were all quite full but that didn't bother me at all. Got some tea and food afterwards

Magical - The whole experience was magical! We couldn't have asked for a better operator than Kaylee. Her warm personality, excellent knowledge and humour made this experience all the more special. The driver, cooks and all the staff did a fantastic job. I'd do it all over again tomorrow

Once in a lifetime trip! - Incredible experience which started from when we arrived to see the camp with the welcoming fires. Watching the balloons inflate around us and then taking off was a magical experience. The views were incredible and we saw the sun rise over the mountains with other hot air balloons around us. Our pilot, Mattieu gave us a running commentary and was very skilled landing us back in the exact same place we took off from and my husband helped to deflate the balloon which made his holiday. We were then ready for a fabulous Berber breakfast. Definitely recommend!

Relaxing - It was really nice, Reggo our pilot is just the best. Explained as we went, the techniques of the ballon, we cracked jokes, very relaxing experience

Brilliant staff and experience - Great experience all round. The pick up was prompt and confirmed the night before which gave me more peace of mind, communication was via WhatsApp and really helpful to have a point of contact if needed. Upon arrival at the site it was cold due to the time of year so I recommend a jacket for the waiting around. We waited maybe 30 minutes for other groups to arrive and and right time to set off for the sunrise. There was tea/coffee/water offered at the start, as well as your chance to have the videographer/photographer take pictures of the whole experience for you. (1 person = 25$, 2 = 50$, family = 80$). Which is emailled to you with 2 days of the experience. Liftoff was smooth and our pilot explained quite a lot to do with the balloon and how it works, which was really a great touch. He was able to turn the balloon so everyone got a view of the sunrise as well - he really made the experience so much better. When we landed, the ground crew were right over and helping pack it all back up again and we got a bus ride back to the original location where we were able to have a buffet style breakfast with a good selection. We were also handed a flight certificate and our name was written in Arabic- another lovely touch! The staff really were exceptional and the experience was amazing. Thank you to everyone who made It possible.

I recommend this trip for everyone - Everything in this trip was just perfect and absolutely very professional. Amazing life experience and such a fun for us.

Spectacular🤩 - On the day of our balloon ride the weather was not good. They did tried to pursue the flight but however safety first was the priority. We were given a choice to refund or rescheduled for the next day. Hence, My friends and I decided to rescheduled and it was the best decision we ever made. At first, We were given a briefing before the flight, saw how the balloon was inflated and when we were up there, we took plenty of pictures of the sunrise. The drone for videos and pictures that was offered for an additional pay was so worth it!!! In addition, The breakfast after the flight was so fulfilling and posh. We like the ambience of the place and we were thrilled to be given a flight certificate at the end. My friends and I had a great time with them and we will always cherish this balloon experience for a lifetime. Cheers 👏🙌👍

Would go again! - We have booked several excursions whilst we are staying in Marrakech and this is the one i enjoyed the most. The pilot was friendly and informative and then balloons were smooth. The whole experience was gorgeous and peaceful. The landing was a little bumpy but no more than to be expected. Would definitely go again.

Beautiful sunrise! - This was a great experience, nice and calm experience with the hot air balloon, great service and the breakfast after was nice. This is a good alternative to see Atlas Mountains and a beautiful sunrise if you have people in the group who have trouble hiking or walking Atlas Mountains. It’s an early start though!

Highly recommend - The pilot Mathieu is humorous and experienced, we enjoyed the flight very much - they are sensible with space and don’t overcrowd the basket. Breakfast was great too. Just a note, most tourists will be staying at Riads where cars cannot access - that this tour will NOT pick you up/walk you from the Riad, they will say that the guardian from the Riad can send you to the pick up point but note that this is illegal in Morocco so guardians are very hesitant to do so. If you’re a solo-female traveller, do take into account that you’ll be walking in dark alleys at 5am to the meeting point. Save for this lack of clarification and the driver arriving 20 min earlier and calling to rush us, it was a pleasant experience.
